But if you are from obc category  then you may apply in few NITs as well.Though you may not be able to get top NITs but still there are hopes.

35% marks are very low scores. As far as i know, there is no college which provides admission to such a low score. 50% marks in qualifying examination is the minimum eligibility for each nd every college. Rather some of the colleges have 75% as there basic eligibility.

Well, it's very difficult as of now,to predict the cutoff for colleges of JEE mains and for jee advance based on percentile.You can first calculate your rank by rank=(100-percentile)*874469/100.But to be honest,you won't get IIIT hyderabad with this score,at all.With this rank,you can compare previous year's cutoff for

With 88.53 your probable general rank shall be around 1,22,306-1,42,306 and your category rank shall be around  37,311-47,311.

Your chances to get into IIITs or NITs is quite less. However, you should definitely try for GFTIs as according to the previous cut offs, you do have a chance

IITs are better. IIIT is also good but when compared to IITs it will have low rank. Entry to IIT is through the iit-jee, while forIIIT it is done through AIEEE. Both are top institutes to pursue engineering education but IIT should be preferred first than IIIT.
