No, you cannot get admission into college without passing 12th grade.

IIIT-Bangalore does not offer M.Tech in Electrical as it only provides programs like -

M.Tech CSE
M.Tech ECE
iM.Tech CSE & ECE

my gate rank is 15531 & gate score is 396 in general category , civil branch, can i get any branch in any nit or iiit?

If you are having 26.90 marks in general category for CE then only you can take admission in IIT'S.

Most probably you will have to apply separately for each of the IITs but there is a trend try to apply for the IIIT of your home state as it will be an added advantage regarding admission criteria.

As you can go for it there is no objection for this but there are some guidelines to be followed.
Candidates appearing for CBSE Improvement Exam are issued a new marksheet, reflecting their revised marks. You need to attach it with your previous marksheet.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very good. There is are many natural nd artificial artifacts present inside the campus. The buildings are very much well maintained and the grounds are also very well maintained.

College Infrastructure

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.

Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
