Whether you qualify for JEE Advanced or not is not determined by your score in JEE Main. CBSE releases the cutoff for candidates of JEE Main who qualify for JEE Advanced. You need to meet that qualifying cutoff. However, more important than that is that you are among the top 2,24,000 rankers of JEE Main. If you are in the top 2,24,000 candidates of JEE Main, then you will be eligible for appearing in JEE Advanced.
