Is there any bar if one wants to change nit (already admitted in 2016) to a new nit or iiit after getting better rank in jee main 2017?

No, there is no bar as such. The only thing will be that you will start again from first year in the new NIT or IIIT you get.

132 in jee main. Obc rank - 9137 general rank-37830. Am I eligible for iiit delhi? If not, tell me best iiit with my rank.

Based on your marks and rank you have less chances in IIIT Delhi and average chances in IIIT Nagpur, IIIT Kalyani to get CSE branch and high chances to get IIIT, Dharwad ECE branch.

Maybe you can get iiit but very low chances for nits but you still have other options like vit, srm and i'll suggest you to give your best shot at bitsat.

You have less chances to get seat in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs.

You can try in private colleges. You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE

my rank is around 45000 .got 122 marks . can I get iiit Bhubaneswar. I belong to general category.

You have average chances to get IIIT Bhubaneswar.

You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very good. There is are many natural nd artificial artifacts present inside the campus. The buildings are very much well maintained and the grounds are also very well maintained.

College Infrastructure

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.

Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
