is there any special exam to join in IIIT'S in addition to JEE MAINS exam.

IIIT BBSR consider Jee Main for admission in to B.tech courses. There is no other exams conducted by the institution or consider for B.tech Courses.

No you can't get admission in any of the IIT's, NIT's or IIIT's without scoring more then or equal to 75% in board examinations.

how many marks should I get to get CS from any NIT/IIIT? I am from ST category.

NIT admission depends on your state (home state quota), category and JEE Main rank & cut off rank will vary for all the NITs.
You need to score more than 80 marks in your exam to get a NIT seat.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very good. There is are many natural nd artificial artifacts present inside the campus. The buildings are very much well maintained and the grounds are also very well maintained.

College Infrastructure

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.

Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
