Hi ! You have decent chances of getting a call from IIIT Bangalore. Ms is a very good option in IIIT Bangalore because IIIT Bangalore is a premier college due to its placement. You can get a call, but it all depends on your interview result. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
Hello,
The closing rank of NIT and IIITs vary a lot and depend on a lot of various factors like demand, infrastructure, branch, location, etc. So, it would be better if you can also tell which particular institute you want to know about. There are 31 NITs and around a dozen of good IIITs, thus mentioning closing and opening ranks of every NIT/IIIT is not practical. I would still give you a rough idea that seats get filled in NIT for other states before closing rank reaches 50k for general, 20k for OBC, 10k for SC and ST. Same goes for the good IIITs also.
I am also attaching links for the cutoffs of NITs and IIITs for your convenience:

Thank You
Hello,
With your rank of 28k in OBC, you have very less chance in any IIITs due to the sheer competition you will be facing for these seats. IIITs are one of the institutes of National Importance and thus are highly sought-after. These institutes offer courses like CSE and IT which are in high demand among students, thus your chances diminish further. I would suggest you avoid IIITs now and start looking of colleges which accept JEE Mains Marks for admission.
I hope it helps.
Thank You

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.
College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
College infrastructure is quite good there is lot of greenery in our college. Building are a bit old. Rooms are okayish i would say(enough for a person) college is small, it extends upto 30 acres. Overall it is not much bad
