Hello Harsha,
To get a seat in IIIT, you need to first have cleared the JEE Main cutoff as per your category. After clearing the cutoff you have to attend the JoSAA counselling through which admissions will be done. In the counselling you will get know which colleges and branches are you getting as per your JEE Main score. If anyhow you don't get a seat through JoSAA counselling then you can apply for CSAB counselling through which also you can a seat in IIIT. The CSAB counselling will begin after JoSAA ends. In CSAB there is a Special Round counselling through which JEE Main qualified candidates are given admission to NITs,IIITs and GFTIs. Below I have provided 2019 JEE Main cutoff (percentile) category wise -

Hii aspirant..
After getting admission seat at NIT and IIIT you need to pay fees according to the college prospects. Usually the college fee and the hostel fee is taken semester wise by the respective colleges.
Although if you want some concession in your tuition fees and your college fees then you need to have tuition fee waiver tfw certificate and then you can separately apply for tuition fee waiver scholarship where they will provide you concession in your tuition fees and college fees.
And if you do not belongs to tuition fee waiver category then there will be no concession in a fee and you have to pay the fee according to college policies.
Hope it helps.
Best of luck.
Hello Surya,
I am sorry to say but it will be hard for you to get a seat in NITs,IIITs or GFTIs on the basis of your JEE Main percentile. To get these colleges, one has to clear the required cutoff as per his/her category. Now according to 2019 JEE Main cutoff , the cutoff for general category candidates are 89.75 percentile. Since, you have got 89.231 percentile you were near about the cutoff but not qualified. Still you might be able to get a seat but for that you have to attend the JoSAA counselling through which colleges like NITs,IIITs and GFTIs are allotted to candidates on the basis of their merit. You may not get in the first few rounds of counselling but could get in the last rounds of JoSAA counselling.

Hello,
Congratulations! According to your rank of 31 and category OBC NCL you may get admission in top design institutes in the country. So if you have opted for Float or some similar option of upgradation then it is a wise decision. If you have gotten IIITDM Jabalpur, it may remain same or upgrade to other college like IIITDM Kancheepuram, etc. Hope this helps!
As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-
NIFT Ranchi
IIIT Pune
Walchand institute of technology,Solapur

Hello Suraj,
The cutoff lists for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs are given on the basis of your JEE - Main rank. For 79 percentile your rank should be around 1,75,000 and your marks should be around 48 to 57. You wont be getting any of the above colleges because these are top colleges in India and the cutoff is very high.

All The Best.
As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.
College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
College infrastructure is quite good there is lot of greenery in our college. Building are a bit old. Rooms are okayish i would say(enough for a person) college is small, it extends upto 30 acres. Overall it is not much bad
