IIIT Ranchi is not in Ranchi. It is running at NIT Jamshedpur as it's building is under construction and it will take atleast 4–5 years to get constructed so there is no need to worry about shifting and all that. IIIT Ranchi students will enjoy all the facilities and faculties provided by NIT.

The placements are mostly dependent on the students . There will be 100% placement as assured by the director of IIIT Ranchi but only those who are well qualified and excelleled in any field will get the package of above 20 lacs.

Indian Institute Of Technology Dharwad Is Simply Awesome . The Professors Are from IIT Bombay and most of them are retired or verge Of retirement but, on top of that in my opinion experience does matter .Also The Students Here get same Education as Bombay IIT.Infrastucture Consists Of Three Floor Building . Classes For First Year Students will be Conducted On First Floor And For Seniors , on First and second Floor. IIT Dharwad also have hostel Facility.Also Have Mess , The Food quality Is Food and eatable.Campus also Have Medical Facility and doctor checks Students three Times in a week .Placements are really Great .And Most of The students will Great Grades Gets Best Placement.

You might get seats in special round( if you are ready to wait for that) in BIT mesra. Its a good college and has okayish placements. The branches that you can get are biotechnology and chemical engineering. So if you want to go through jossa then you can go for it.

Generally, YMCA University, Faridabad is far better than IIIT, Lucknow. When compared, the faculty, placements, education and lot more, everything is better in YMCA than IIIT, Lucknow. Also, the brand name of IIIT may help you that's it and the quality of education is also improving gradually in IIIT, Lucknow with time. Both were good and YMCA is in bit higher than the IIIT, Lucknow. So, be patient and choose the best and it all now depends on where you reside and how much you can afford.

I am sorry to inform you but you will not be able to get any NIT, IIIT, GFTI with a general rank of 110000. I don't think you will be able to get admission in any private college also through JOSAA counselling. You can apply to other private colleges that require separate registration for JEE Mains examination.

According to 2018 cutoffs, you can get Computer Science and engineering, Electronics and Communication engineering at IIIT Pune. At IIIT Naya Raipur, you can get ECE. At IIIT Bhubaneswar, you can get Computer engineering,  Electronics and Telecommunication engineering, Information technology, Electrical and Electronics engineering. At NIT Raipur, you can get Biotechnology, Metallurgical engineering, Bio medical engineering, Mining engineering. At NIT Patna, you can get Chemistry and Mathematics. These are few good opptions at your rank. You can get a seat at many other colleges too. 

Please note that this prediction is completely based on 2018 cutoffs. Cutoffs can vary from year to year depending upon factors like number of seats available, number of students appearing for the examination, difficulty level of paper etc.
