I am really sorry but you stand very less chance. However you can apply for colleges like BIT mesra, NIT pondicherry, NIT andhra pradesh, NIT agartala and much more. Fill the preferences as you want it to be because the counseling process can be really unpredictable at times.

          Your jee mains rank is quite low to get into IIIT Bhubaneswar. Through OJEE counselling you may look forward for other colleges under state Universities accepting applications through jee mains score

You have got very low rank and so you will not get any nit, iiit, gfti in any of there branches in general category. Though you can go for private colleges like kiit, and other good colleges.

Admission in IITs can be done only after completing your Class 12th boards and after having required percentage in boards, which is an aggregate of 75 percentage for CBSE Boards students or to be in top 20 percentile o respective boards. Also, admission in IITs depend upon JEE Advanced
