10 % seats are reserved as ews in iiit and nit but it will not impact much as 95% of the general population lie at below 8 lakh income so you can compare it with the last year cutoff

You have a low rank so you have very less chances of getting nit or iiit in regular rounds but in spot round you have chances of getting nit or iiit.
