The department has a state-of-art infrastructure pertaining to its labs. Various research facilities are available along with the IIT Delhi supercomputer for major computational work which was used in drug discovery for Covid. The campus has a good Wi-Fi speed with airconditioned and technically equipped classrooms and one of the best libraries in the country. IIT Delhi boasts a great hostel culture with inter-hostel games and hostel festivals. Mess food is good and eatable.
Teachers of the departments are most qualified in their respective fields. These are well-trained faculty members with international relations and good quality research outcomes and citations. The curriculum is rigorous starting from basic biology to bioinformatics and genomics. Exams at IIT Delhi are conducted thrice in a year known as Minor 1, Minor 2, and Majors. The evaluation is spread across quizzes, minors, majors, and lab activity. The pass percentage is 30% generally.
Almost everyone who opts for placement is placed in sectors ranging from core to non-core, from consulting and finances to the technical and analytics. Many students opt for higher studies and most get admissions at top universities in and around the world like the Ivies. The startup culture is also making its way with 4 startups from the 2019 batch of biotechnology alone. The highest salary package offered is around 30 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is around 5 LPA-6 LPA.
The infrastructure is good. The campus is well designed and has all the facilities for the students. The hostel has beautiful view outside the windows. The hostel is clean and well maintained. Wi-fi is also available in the campus.
I am studying b.tech. in computer science and engineering. The teachers are well experienced and very cooperative. They always ready to clear all the queries of students related to academics and jobs.
Placement rate is good. Almost 65% students are placed and other students can easily get jobs by privately applying in the companies. Placement process is easy also placement cell is very active. They help to look your resume better and unique.
The course cost is Rs. 1,50,000 per year.
All the teaching faculties and students are friendly and cooperative.
Good experience
The infrastructure is very good. Classrooms are big and spacious with good seating. Mess is also at a good distance from the hostel. The library is also very big and has quite an environment to study. is only lacks a proper playground.
Teachers are quite knowledgeable the curriculum is a little tedious but that can be spared. More emphasis is put here on the practical knowledge though we have to submit quite a number of assignments daily.
I am currently in 3rd year so I haven't experienced it first hand. But according to the TNP department average placement was close to 7 l.p.a. Many good companies also come to the college but they take only a few good students.
Fees can be a little bit of a constraint though it will seem reasonable to you after you experience the quality of life at campus, hostel, mess, laundry, etc. Yearly the cost is about appx. between 3 to 4 lakhs.
Campus life is good. There are many clubs and hubs for you to pursue your passion or learn a new trait. To name a few we have a Game dev hub, Robotics hub, Stand Up hub, and many other technical hubs and drama and music clubs.
Good college
There's no doubt that the college infrastructure is too good. The campus is fully ac with a lawn in between, there's a medical area in case of emergency with atleast 2 doctors and one ambulance van is always there. Our classrooms have AC it's feels good during summers, projectors, white board that helps us to understand concepts better. For food there's is cafeteria, mess and A to Z. Food at cafe is the really mouth watering specially spring rolls and parantha's.
I'm currently pursuing biotechnology some teachers are really good, but some are not. This is common in almost every College. Curriculum is updated as per the situation as due to covid there are many updates regarding our course outline
To be honest I never got a good reviews in terms of placement for biotechnology. I have no such experience as of now regarding placement but my seniors told me that there are really few placement for biotechnology
It's not value for money as the fees is a bit high for pandemic period. They are charging for development fees which is really not worth.
Campus Life is really good. I miss going to College, the hubs are not just hub it evolves into family later. The senior are really helpful but then there are exceptions always. Location is safe there's no such scenarios as it is a moving area, there's metro station within 20 meters, auto's are always standing outside for emergencies.
I would like to say that college life is worth enjoying, so don't worry about how are you right now just make the moments count, study a bit and boom! Everything is wonderful Thankyou
Jbs have good infrastructure, facilities & well maintained college have large campus with all the necessary infrastructure, facilities connectivity is fairly classic all over the campus and all of the classroom are well projected and projector, screen and everything is hygiene and well
I am in MBA and quality of teaching and good study . I went the most conventional option. The quality of teaching is good. the faculty is highly quality from reputed institute. Personal speaking classroom learning.
I am in first so i dont know about of placements. But according to the stats 80% of the batch of 2020 got placed with an average package of 8 LPA and Placement happen in two level written test followed by an interview.
The fee structure and the scholarship is offered on the tuition fee and it varies each year and the first year it is based on the graduation score and MBA entrance test. Hostels and laundry, mess fee sums to 1LPA approx. This is depend on student they want hostel or not
There are clubs of different genres like culture, social, technical and sports you can apply to any of these or start a club of your own. there's an active external participation in the events organized in Delhi NCR region
some pf the student are confused and they go with the most conventional option this university gives you a platform to discover your interested and switch provided your academic performance is decent enough to do so.
Infrastructure of the college is really good. It is constructed in red bricks and has a lot of greenery. Hostel buildings are also well built but can be more hygienic. The main academic building has fully air-conditioned classrooms. The mess is decent. All in all the infrastructure is pretty satisfactory.
I’m pursuing Integrated MTech course. The curriculum is above average. Faculty is decent apart from some teachers. The only thing I dislike is the number of exams in a particular semester ( just too many), as compared with other colleges.
The quality of placements is good. Though majority of students are placed in mass recruiter companies still a decent number of students get placed in companies like Amazon, Adobe , Deloitte and many more.
I find the whole tution+development fee to be a bit high. I think somewhere the ROI is much lesser than expected.
Campus life is usually fun. Students get opportunities to get involved in extracurriculars after the academics. Events are held in fields like sports and culture. The facilities can be better for the amount of fee they charge.
If you want to stay in Delhi NCR Jaypee is quite good to consider. It’s best in private colleges in NCR. But if you have an option of going to a tier1 or tier2 college I would suggest do not apply in Jaypee.
Infrastructure is quite nice here, all classrooms are well connected to center AC duct system with projector and proper sitting seats even whole indoor rooms of college like Library, Auditorium are air conditioned, rest of the campus like OAT, Cafeteria, Mandir is quite beautiful and green and clean but with all this quality it has just one drawback of not having proper sports area.
Faculties are well experienced and professional and had good knowledge about practical aspects of there domains. This college has lot of society which would help one to gain other domains aspects as well. This college has good coding culture too which is quite famous in delhi NCR
CSE/IT branch placements is quite impressive but ECE Biotech placements is not adequate or you can say its very bad but this college provide one a good exposure to industry. Alumnis of this college are good so you could get good advices and referral from them
Even though placements is not that as they claim it is but still it is worth the money, you can live a good college/hostel life with good exposure to industry. Though this college is quite expensive for some Like your academics gonna cost you around 110k per sem and is you opt for hostel its gonna cost you more.
Good Campus life is what every student crave for in there college time and this college gonna deliver it to you somehow but not totally. Whole campus/hostel is air conditioned, clean but no good space for sports, mess is fully vegetarian and food is average, location of this college is quite good as it is surrounded by many restaurants so you could order food anytime or visit there if want to non veg, no cooking allowed in hostel rooms, most important is that metro station is very very close.
The facilities of Jaypee Group are best in class and relevant to the course. JIIT, Noida, Sector 62 campus boasts impressive labs, Wi-Fi, a library with many books comprised in the state-of-the-art Learning Resource Centre. The food quality of the mess was amazing. 20-floor boys' hostel held all the amenities one could hope for, with multiple gyms and swimming pools across the campus. The best-in-class auditorium holds more than 1500 people and is the center for cultural events.
The teaching quality was quite amazing. All the faculty were graceful in teaching and had research papers in various domains. They helped us get relevant information on the industrial standards and practical applications of the concepts. They were highly qualified and very understanding about the core issues faced by the students. They are highly skilled in the subjects, and they teach and always available to guide you. The curriculum is relevant, and you can have ample of subject choices in you
More than 75% of the students were placed in my course when corona hit the economy. Everyone had at least 2 offers on the table. The highest package offered was 43 LPA by Adobe. The lowest package was 3.2 LPA, and the average package was 4.5 LPA. The top-recruiting companies were Amazon, Adobe, DE Shaw, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, Ericsson and Goldman Sachs.
It cost around 2lakh per year here for the academics and for the hostel just the charges.teachers here give their best and will also help you with the projects and placements. The environment is really good here. They provide us with skills and techniques to solve questions easily as we know B. Tech includes a lot of equipment. Teachers provide us with the usage of equipment in a knowledgeable way.I am satisfied with faculty members.
Great fests named Impressions and Converge are held in our college. The campus life is simple and soothing, and extracurricular activities conducted here help a lot. Campus surroundings include good cafes, and the campus is situated at a walkable distance from nearby malls. For scholarships, you have to enrol in your states education websites, when applications are started. Our college conducts cultural and technical fest every year, which provide a lot of fun and a lot of things to learn.
Totally satisfied with campus, good placement.
The college has everything that a college needs. Ac, libraries, labs, smart classes and workshops are in perfect condition. The college also takes care of hygiene well. The canteen is massive and the food is tempting. The highly maintained labs and workshops have experts to work with.
I'm studying b.tech in cs here for coding opportunities. The faculty teaches in a creative way and keeps us updated with the latest technological advancements. The teachers are capable of teaching a lot of topics and are of professor grade. All the teachers have a good experience.
The college ensures 100% placement of students and at good MNCs. The packages are very much flexible and great. I have seen my seniors backing placements of 10-20 lpa. The exposure is great here and the placement will depend on you caliber.
Btech here costs 1,10,000 per semester for 4 years. The fees may seem a bit too high but placement will compensate that part.
The campus life is very engaging and amazing here. Student gets to interact in a number of hubs with expert seniors to gain the knowledge in creativity and curriculum.
The experience I am having here is very good. Students choose a college on the basis of placements and this will help them to achieve a remarkable job.
The campus of college is small. Still, it has managed to provide many facilities. gym and swimming are available. Food quality is great. Sports and games like badminton, basketball, volleyball are available.
Some teachers are good and some are really great and can provide a wide knowledge of their field. However, some teachers don't deserve to be there.well, that's the case of most colleges, so that shouldn't be an issue.
Placement is really good until you are a cse or IT student. The highest salary package offered is 43LPA. Many companies like Amazon, Adobe, Infosys etc visit our campus. Students have to work hard to get placed.
Hello,
Both are good colleges. Now it depends on your interest.
If you like coding, computer related work then you can choose VIT Bhopal and also VIT tag you get there is also important.
And if you like electronics related work then go for ECE in Jaypee Noida. If you done ECE, then you can go for both IT companies and EC core companies.
Now choice is yours.
Thank You
Hello,
ECE is a rather broad field to study on its own! And there are many excellent career options following an ECE degree.
Being a student in ECE opens up all career options.
Speaking of ECE at JIIT, whether you're in the 62 or 128 sector, the instruction is excellent and the staff is welcoming and available to help anytime you need it. Future advice is also very beneficial. They instruct you as though you were their own child.
But this isn't the greatest institution for ECE if you want to concentrate on campus placements. So yet, none of the key businesses have visited.
Go for ECE at JIIT if you plan to work in IT after earning your ECE degree and are certain you can advance through all levels of IT organisations. Otherwise, it is not advised.
Thank You
Hello,
KIIT, not Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT) Noida, is the top college for CSE. The instructors and placements at KIIT are superior than those at JIIT Noida. On the other side, JIIT has a lower fee schedule than KIIT. You can choose, thus, which you prefer- reduced cost or better positioning.
According to Training and placement cell data, a cse b.tech student from a reputable Japanese mnc received the highest placement, which was 34 lakhs per year. There are additional such tales where kids received offers of 18–20 lakh p.a. IIM A, B, C, and other callers called many broken CATs. Some even received financial help to pursue MS degrees at prestigious colleges. This is the knowledge I have of KIIT.
Good Luck!!
