Hello, I hope you are doing well

To get a seat in CSE at KIIT, you need to score at least  82-85 percentile. Now answer to your question is, it can go as low as 65 percentile .

You shouldn't worry about it . Do a little hard work and try to get a rank below 5000.

For IT Branch the safe rank would be under8-8.5k

Hope this helps

All the best!

Hello,

Both KJ Somaiya and KIIT are reputable institutions offering Computer Science Engineering (CSE) programs. The choice between them depends on various factors such as curriculum, faculty expertise, infrastructure, industry connections, and placement records. Prospective students should research these aspects thoroughly, consider their personal preferences, and possibly visit campuses or speak with alumni to make an informed decision based on what aligns best with their career goals and aspirations.

Hope this helps you,

Thank you

Hello Aspirant,

Mobile devices are allowed on campus and hostel, however they have to be turned off during class. The teachers are gentle, and they will allow you some time to go take an important or urgent call.
Mobile phone usage is prohibited in classrooms, libraries, computer centres, exam rooms, and other areas. Students must uphold the strictest standards of discipline and refrain from engaging in any inappropriate behavior.

ALL THE BEST

It varies college to college as some colleges accept migration admission and some not so I would suggest you to talk to the college authority directly to know what criteria they follow.

Good Luck!!!

Hello,

Anyone may enter any university by direct admission when money is involved! Be it KIIT, or even something like VIT or BITS! You heard correctly! To satisfy the requirements and enrol in the school, it is preferable to take the entrance exam for the specific university.

Take your entrance exams carefully because there are many middlemen involved in direct admissions who will demand greater costs (even more than the donation amount)!

Now coming to your query,

Yes, you can take admission in KIIT school of engineering Odisha under management quota which take more cost.

Thank You

Hello,

It is totally depend on you. But you asked for suggestion then I will suggest KIIT Bhubaneswar than BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore.

  1. Campus: Simply said, it's gorgeous. Location: The upscale area of Bhubaneswar, where every restaurant has sprouted up. besides being nearer to your hometown.
  2. It is renowned for its infrastructure. I'd say the laboratories are fully stocked.
  3. Research – If you want to, you have the chance to do this.
  4. Well, firms have started to bring interns now.
  5. Students from neighbouring states make up the majority of the student population. Yet individuals travel from all throughout India.
  6. Exposure - Is seeing individuals from all 50 states enough exposure?
  7. Adjustment to the environment or city is a personal matter. The summers are hot and muggy, while the winters are comfortable in terms of the weather.
  8. You're utterly out of luck, faculty.
  9. Placements: If you study computer science, you will undoubtedly have a job at the conclusion of four years. Packages: Typically, they bring in the most money, but the average is still 3 lakh a year.
  10. The two festivals we hold each year are technical and cultural.

Thank You

Great college experience overall

College Infrastructure

The college's Infrastructure is great and has a very premium appeal compared to what I have seen so far in other colleges i have visited. Although of the fees here is very high too but the experience makes it worth it. The ambience, the comfort and the good environment is soothing. Although the current scenarios have been a bit left and right around the college due to 2 frequent suicides and spreading of misinformation, I think else wise it is a great place to be in. Basic amenities like wifi, washrooms, food and all are of top quality and there are not many extra restrictions related to any of it either.
