So, in order to get CSE branch in KIITEE you must have to score a minimum rank of around 4000-5000 and a percentile score of around 87 to 95 in order to be on the safer side, to get CSE branch in KIITEE.

Yes, you can get direct admission to KIITEE. Based on your percentage in class 12th and score in KIITEE, you can get admission to different branches. If a student has a low score in KIITEE, yet he wants to get admission to KIIT, then he can get admission through the management quota.

The fee will depend upon the branches you are planning. If you don't want to give the entrance test then you can get admission through the management quota, although the cost for your case will be very high then as compared to others.
