Hi,
The placement scenario is comparatively good in KIIT when compared with other private colleges of the same calibre. The college invites good companies for the campus placement drive and the average package falls around 7-9 lakhs per annum with the highest package being offered around 18-20 lakhs to two to three students. But these statistics are not constant and change every year depending on the number and type of students.
I hope this helps.
All the best.
Hello,
The college which you are seeing that is Kalinga Institute Of Industrial Technology(KIIT) so it is one of the best private institution and offers various number of fields for graduation and has a great record as well. So seeing at your percentile i would say its a decent score and the suggestion i would like to give you is you should first try to get your rank from any of the rank predictor app just put your all information and the rank will be generated, after which you will get a better idea about where you stand and then you can try the colleges you are looking for.
Thank you..
Hello,
The main distinction between both fields is that IT is concerned with the application of computing technology to real-world operations, whereas Computer Science is based with the science that enables these applications.
Answering your concern about KIIT
Good infrastructure, which has expanded dramatically in recent years, including good sports facilities, hostel rooms, classrooms, and a campus, among other things.
Placement is reasonable (excellent for CSE/IT), but because core companies are few in number in other branches, persons from core branches are more likely to end up in mass IT firms.
Because of the mass recruitment, the usual bundle is approximately 4–5 LPA. People who are unable to break into reputable firms are hired in large numbers by mass recruiters. Many high-end firms will be waiting for you at KIIT if you study well.
A lot of businesses will provide you 6LPA to 30LPA or even more. The most important thing is that you will have chances that are virtually identical to those offered by IITs or NITs.
The institute's placement record has considerably improved. Only 114 firms visited the college campus in 2016, while 195 companies have engaged in the placement drive so far in 2020.
Hope it helped
THANK YOU

All the colleges mentioned by you are top notch private colleges known for their engineering programs. In terms of order we will consider various factors like ranking, better return of investments, placement records and the coding culture out there. So so I will prefer to go with following preference order:
Hope it helps!!
Hi aspirant,
Yes, you can choose IT if you don't get CSE in phase 2 or 3 of KIITEE. According to the guidelines released by Kalinga Institute of industrial technology the results for this year would be prepared only after the conclusion of all three phases and will be based on best of 3 format. So students would be given a chance to take admission in their preferred branches on basis of their best performance out of three phases.
Hope it helps!!
Hello STudent,
Kalinga Institute of industrial technology is near conducts KIITEE to provide admission in various undergraduate and postgraduate course. The official authority willrelease the cut of marks soon separately for UG and PG courses.
Actually in a simple way a percentile indicates the percentage of the people below your rank or position in the examination. As your personal is near about 9, that means only 9% students are Scored less than you.
From that you easily can know that, this is such a low percentile, with which you cannot get any e seats. You can go through the article to know about previous year cutoff
https://university.careers360.com/articles/kiitee-cutoff
However you also can get into Kalinga Institute of industrial Technology, through the management quota where your percentile doesn't matter, you have to pay a donation amount to the college to get admission there.
Hope this will help you
The college's Infrastructure is great and has a very premium appeal compared to what I have seen so far in other colleges i have visited. Although of the fees here is very high too but the experience makes it worth it. The ambience, the comfort and the good environment is soothing. Although the current scenarios have been a bit left and right around the college due to 2 frequent suicides and spreading of misinformation, I think else wise it is a great place to be in. Basic amenities like wifi, washrooms, food and all are of top quality and there are not many extra restrictions related to any of it either.
Yes, college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports centres and hostels (for eg. WiFi, smart boards) All were present Very good infrastructure Living space was clean and the fod in the mess was good
The infrastructure is really good. Many trees surround the entire campus. College has all the necessary infrastructures, facilities and equipments. Classrooms have smart boards which make teaching-learning process more advanced.
