Amity University | M.Tech Admissions 2025
ApplyRanked amongst top 3% universities globally (QS Rankings).
Dear aspirant,
Considering the candidate does not get his/her desired branch then first the candidate should wait for the next rounds to get the desired branch. This would be only available if there is any vacant seat in the branch you want.
But let's say at the last you didn't get your desired branch then you will have the option for branch sliding but note this you will have this option if and only if ther is any vacant seat available for that branch. Also note this you have to score atleast above 9.4 cgpa to get your desired branch.
Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well...
Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Bhubaneswar, established in the year 1992 by the famous educational and social entrepreneur, Dr Achyuta Samanta, is ranked 24th in the university rankings and has achieved the status of ‘Institution of Eminence’ among 20 other institutes. In 1997 the institution started offering degree courses as well. KIIT at present offers a wide array of UG, PG and Doctoral Courses in various disciplines.
A university's worth is usually decided based on its placement records. After all, "It's the outcome, not the output, that matters".
KIIT has an impeccable record in campus placements. In 2021, 400 companies visited the institutes, 4000 jobs were offered and the highest salary package offered was Rs.30LPA. Some of the top recruiters were Amazon, SAP, Deloitte, Microsoft, etc.
For further information on the placement records, kindly refer to the link below:

Hope this was helpful.
Should there be any other query, please feel free to ask.
Good Luck!
Hello Aspirant,
You can opt for branch sliding in KIIT, if you possess a CGPA of 8.5 in the first year. And branch sliding is only possible if there is a vacancy in the branch you are opting to change to. This is because KIIT like any other college has a fixed number of seats for each branch. So keep an eye out for a potential vacancy in the branch you are aiming to secure a seat in and work hard so that your GPA is above 8.5. Hope this helps and Good luck.
Hii aspirant,
Congratulations for your wonderful performance in KIITEE. Analysing the trends of the phase one conducted last month, you will surely get Computer science and engineering during the provisional allotment.
As per the reviews of students, the candidates with a score till 70-75 percentile were given opportunity to confirm their seats in CSE during the phase 1. Note that you can also apply after the final rank list is prepared after conclusion of third phase but it will be subjected to required cutoffs.
Hope it helps!!
Dear candidate, admission in CSE in KIIT is done through KIITEE (KIIT Entrance Exam). To get CSE, you need to score rank under 6000 in KIITEE. However, cutoff rank may change due to several reasons:
Hope, it helps!
Dear aspirant,
With 92.25 percentile in the KIITEE Phase-2 exam, you can get admission to any one of the following branches in Kalinga Institute of Industrial Engineering (KIIT):

I hope, you get admission soon.
Hi,
Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology conducts KIITEE exam for admission into the B.Tech program. The Application dates for KIITEE phase 1 ended on May 22, 2021 while the registration date for KIITEE phase 2 ended on June 11, 2021. So, as the application dates has been over, there is no other way to apply for the KIITEE exam.
Dear aspirant,
If you stay close to kiits like you are from Jharkhand or from West Bengal so you can definitely opt this college as you are getting cse branch here. There is no sense in going to chennai as the placements stats are nothing out of the box of both these colleges.
And so my suggestion is to go for kiits cse as the total fees for 4 years course is approximately 16L and whereas in SRM University it is around 18L . If the ROI factor is considered then kiits would be beneficial.

Hi Uday,
The mentioned colleges by you are ranked top among the private institutions offering engineering courses. There are various factors affecting the preference of choices but since you have mentioned fee is not an issue, it becomes a bit easier.
Kalinga institute of industrial technology is the best option among the all you have mentioned for CSE. Though VIT ranks much higher in rankings but the Bhopal campus is very new with still developing infrastructure and also the first batch just passed out this year. Manipal Jaipur is a better choice than VIT Bhopal but when compared to CSE average packages and placements are much lower. It is also necessary to understand that KIIT runs in one main campus only while VIT Bhopal is the sister branch of Vellore campus and Manipal Jaipur is the sidebranch of Manipal campus. KIIT has a huge campus with amazing infrastructure and services which can no near be matched by other two at current.
Hope it helps!!
KIIT School of Architecture and Planning's infrastructure is truly impressive. Here's what stands out: - *State-of-the-art facilities*: The college boasts fully centralized air conditioning, modern classrooms, well-equipped labs, and studios with all necessary instruments. - *Amenities*: The campus offers Wi-Fi connectivity, medical facilities, sports, and gym facilities, although some students have reported slow internet speeds. - *Landscaping*: The campus is beautifully landscaped with nice views, creating a pleasant environment for students to study and relax. - *Shuttle service*: A shuttle service is available to facilitate movement between campuses, as KIIT has a total of 22 campuses. Overall, KIIT School of Architecture and Planning's infrastructure provides students with a comfortable and conducive learning environment, making it an excellent choice for architecture students.
The KIIT has good infrastructure with all the modern facilities in the campus. It has modern labs, air conditioning auditorium, it also provides sports facilities for students, and also hostel facilities are available. The college is good with infrastructure.
The college's Infrastructure is great and has a very premium appeal compared to what I have seen so far in other colleges i have visited. Although of the fees here is very high too but the experience makes it worth it. The ambience, the comfort and the good environment is soothing. Although the current scenarios have been a bit left and right around the college due to 2 frequent suicides and spreading of misinformation, I think else wise it is a great place to be in. Basic amenities like wifi, washrooms, food and all are of top quality and there are not many extra restrictions related to any of it either.
