Kalinga Institute has good placement records over the past years.

In 2018 About 140companies visited the campus, more than 2500job offers,39lakh was the highest package offered

In 2019About 220companies visited and 4200+job offers.39lakhs was the highest package offered.

In 2020, 195companies visited the campus and 4379+job offers were given.The highest package offered is 30lakhs.

Average salary offered to students is about 5lakhs

Top Recruiters are Amazon, Byjus, IBM, IBS Software, Wipro, Cognizant etc.

Following are the details of kiit university:

Fee per semester is 1,70,000

Fee for 10 semesters are 17,00,000

Exam fee per semester is 1000

Exam fee for 10 semesters are 10000

Other fee is 75,000

Registration fee is 10000

So, your total fee without accomodation will be approximately 17,95,000 to 18,10,000

Accomodation fee for girls and boys is 93,000 per year.

If you non AC - 2 beds room - 40,000

Non ac - 3 beds room - 28,000

Non ac - 2 beds room only for law students- 32,000

AC room - 1 bed- 65,000

2 bed - 60,000

3 bed - 50,000

Other facilities charges will be 10,000.

Hostel admission charges will be 15,000.

Your total fee with accomodation willbe 18,60,000 to 18,80,000.

There is no detailed information about Amity University.

Ever since launch of ARIIA in 2018, KIIT had become the only institute from the State to have featured in the top five ranking list. In 2019, it had bagged the second rank under the private university category .

MSc in applied microbiology is one of the most famous courses at Kalinga Institute of industrial technology University. With your rank you would very easily get a seat. I don't think you stand chances for fee waiver but you have great chances of getting a seat.

The counselling is already underway and the university would contact you through email and your mobile number.

While filling up details for the counselling procedure you must have mentioned a email id and mobile number. Keep those in your hand.

I hope you know that the total fees for the two year MSc course is around 4.5 lakh.

It's obviously MANIPAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY and CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY.

Because these two institutions are much better than vit, kiit, srm in every terms.
The institutes like vit, kiit, srm just show the hustle and bustle of the college life. They will show that they are world class, and the fact is that they are just known for their abruptly high fess and very low placements. They will only advertise themselves to get more attention of students. And here is the harsh but real truth - in kiit, if you fill only the application form, just by seeing the income of family, they will give direct admission if the income is quite high.
These universities play with the future of Students , especially vit and kiit. These institutions ( vit, srm, kiit,) just want the money of students, and in the name of studies and placements they are like extinct species.
You will never make your career and life in these three institutions.

But on the other hand you Will get good placements in MIT or Cu. You will get good industrial internship. You can only get into mit or cu on the basis of your merit ranks and you will get an good exposure and environment. And definitely you Will be able to build a profesional life after graduating from any one of these two private institutions, i.e, MIT or CU.


So, without a doubt MIT and CU are very much far better than these low grade institution like vit, kiit, and srm who just pretend themselves to be a world class.

Placements at KIIT : the placement rate at KIIT, Bhubhaneshwar is around 90 percent. Out of 3500 eligible students, around 3156 students got placed in good companies. Highest package offered was around 30 lakhs per annum and average package was around 6.5 lakhs per annum.

Placements at SUIIT : The placements are not very good at SUIIT, Burla. Highest package went upto 6 -7 lakhs per annum and median salary was around 2.8-3 lakhs per annum.

The fees at Suiit is way lesser when compared to KIIT, but, KIIT has better infrastructure, better placement and training cell and better faculty too. So, i would recommend you KIIT.

No, it has not been discontinued by the Institute. It is still possible to upgrade branch in KIIT after the 2nd semester that is end of 1st year but it is done on the basis of CGPA criteria. You have to score more than 8.5 CGPA for the branch upgradation option. For changing to branches like CSE you have to be a 9 pointer at least. So, it depends on your hard work and you can still get your desired branch.
