college infrastructure is good . the facilities available in this college is well maintained. the college have all the necessary facilities and quipment which required to work on skill set of student. college have big library, malls and medical facilities
i am pursuing btech cse . i had taken admision in 2017. college curriculum is excellent. all the teachers are very good in teaching . lpu always hired good faculty. most of the teachers are having phd degree.
placement is avearge in our university. if you have good potential and good coding skills . then the placement door is knocking you. surely you will get package . average package in cse is 6LPA. and lowest package is 3LPA
Facilities and equipments are available.We face hygiene problems mainly in the hostels because of the unhygienic dogs that keeps roaming in the corridors making environment dirty.Also sometimes we face issues connecting to the wifi,mainly happens near the computer science and engineering blocks where it's necessarily required.
The material provided online is good but the teaching is not up to the mark.Once we filed an application for changing the teacher but it wasn't any worth doing that.Feedback system should be there for currently-teaching teachers every month and changes should be strictly taken in accordance with that .
I don't know much about the placements but from what I have heard n read till now..I guess the placements are well for every field here.in caseof btech cse the average placements every year are around 4.5 to 5 lakh rupees.
I guess the amount we pay for our course is quite high because I need to pay full amount ,no scholarship just because I was late for admission by a week.The scholarship should be provided in accordance with the last yr's academic progess and results.Also the cost for staying within the campus gets on increasing every year which I difficult for poor or middle-class students to pay .
Over-all the campus is safe for both boys and girls but there is alot of discrimination regarding the timings of hostels with girls just for safety purposes.during winter girls aren't allowed to go out of their hostels after 6pm while boys can go out whenever they wish to.They have the advantage of doing their work together at night as well.while we girls are stuck inside hostel till the next morning.Even many concerts and shows end up late after the girl's hostel timings.so us girls suffer .
The only thing which concerns me the most is -in and out timings for girls.I would like to suggest something...the rules should be like this- on off days of the week boys shouldn't have any time restrictions while keeping restrictions for girls to go out.and during even days of the week girls should have no timing restrictions while boy's should have restrictions for coming in n going out of hostel.This way security would be maintained in the campus without anyone facing any discrimination.
college infrastructure is good . all the classrooms are very big and fully airconditioned.campus is fully wi-fi. Each academics block has library and one central library. each and every facilities are available in the campus.lpu has big mall, hospitals, banks ,ATMs machine and food courts.

My college have good infrastructure with good facilities..it is well equiped wid all the necessary fascilities including Mall , food courts , libraries , Uni mall , sports centres and laboratories and well maintained..The campus is vast with lot of green gardens and play ground..

One of the best features of Lovely Professional University is it's infrastructure. In terms of infrastructure and facilities provided to the students, LPU is far beyond expectations. LPU has a world class infrastructure which is spread over an area of 650 acres. It's a fully Wi-Fi enabled campus. Labs are well equipped. There are several libraries - one for each school (course) and also a central library which is gigantic. Hostels are always neatly maintained & good hygiene is there in the mess.
My course is computer science and engineering. I have chosen this course because it has good placement opportunities with high package. Teachers are helpful everywhere, and they are very friendly towards students. But, yes there are few exceptions as well. I think my curriculum is highly updated and yes they do add some course according to the changing demands of the industry which makes me job ready.

The actual fee of this course per semester is ₹94500/- but I did perform well in its qualifying exam LPUNEST through which I was granted a whopping amount of scholarship equal to ₹80000/- P.A . So, I am paying ₹54500/- per semester i.e ₹109000/- per year. Yes, I am getting my money's worth because of good teaching, college support and awesome placement here.
The environment of the campus is quite amazing. There are several activities in which a student can get engaged. You can choose your choice of sports you play. LPU is having a stadium size field in which we generally play cricket. You can play football, Basketball, Badminton etc. Not only this, LPU is providing you an Olympic size swimming pool and a gym with all the equipments. The location of the hostel is very close to the classroom. LPU is having security which can tackle any emergencies.
