First of all congratulations on securing 21300 rank in JEE mains from your general category and 4849 rank from your OBC category and with this much good rank you can easily get many nits.
Now if you want MNIT Jaipur and you belong from home state then you can easily get seat in this college. But if you want electrical engineering branch then sorry you cannot get it, if you are a Male home state candidate.
The last year cutoff closing rank for home state obc category students in MNIT Jaipur for electrical engineering branch was :-

Male candidates - 3975
Female candidate - 6339

So as you can see if you are a female candidate from OBC category belonging to Rajasthan then you can easily get electrical engineering branch. Otherwise you cannot get ee branch.

There is no problem whether you get admission through JoSSA or CSAB but it would be problem if you do not get selected as you have to pay 1500 for only CSAB counseling. And on top of that you can not just rely on CSAB as it will only happen in NIT Jaiput if there is seat left and also it will happen late so your chance in other college also gets over.

Hence you have to took steps by considering all aspects.

Without any doubt cse at mnit, two reasons,

1. Cse is an evergreen branch there are lot of career opportunities and handsome salary. It is also good but cse is any day better
2. Secodly mnit is far better college than iiit allahabad in every aspect.
