In order to get admission into NIT for any branch the minimum percentile required is 97 for general, 94 for OBC, 92 for SC/ST category respectively. So it will be difficult to get mechanical engineering branch at MNIT Jaipur.

Its will hard to predict the rank or percentile but i say you will get NITs of low rank at this marks but having less chance because very few NITs have B.Arch and also less number of seat.

Dear Aspirant, 181 marks in JEE Mains would give you percentile in range of 98.2-99.5. At this percentile, your category AIR would be in range 1619-1919. JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time so it would be difficult to tell you the exact and NTA Scores for both of the attempts will be taken into consideration and the best of the two attempts will be considered for ranking purposes. 

Based on this score the chances sems less to get a seat in MNIT Bhopal. You can also refer the previous year cutoff for the reference.
