For admission in MNIT Jaipur you don't seem to have much chances under the home state quota, considering that your OBC NCL rank is 11800 as per the previous year trends in CSE.
At the least you only might have chances for Metallurgical and Materials Engineering under the home state quota only as per the previous year trends. Other that this for admision in MNIT, your chances seem bleak.
