The exam pattern for the DUET i.e. Delhi University Entrance Test is as follows

Cut off rank for each branch can only be released after the conclusion of the counselling because seats are allotted based on rank, category, vacant seat and preferences of the candidate. Once a the seat allotment is released, you can know the cut off rank for each branch.

see as per ugc guide line one candidate can not pursue two regular course at the same time. you did not mention what is your ITI course duration. iti courses is 6 month to 2 years duration. where bachelor in computer science course is 3 years duration and full

See matter of final year exam is in Hon'ble Supreme Court and the last decision of the exams will be taken by it. As you have asked for Mumbai University admissions so for Postgraduate course admissions have not started yet because that will be based on the results
