As per the previous year figures one has to score around 550/880 marks so as to get Computer Science and Engineering branch at Manipal main campus.So as per your marks chances are less,but you may apply for the other branches here.

Among these three mentioned college's, I suggest you to choose Thapar. Because college has  Excellent records for placement.Computer science placements are over 90 percent.In the season of placement all the big tech giants visit the campus.The highest offered salary package was 38 LPA and the lowest offered salary package

As your percentage is very much less as compare to competition in taking admission your honors courses of du. So you are not going to get admission in du.
