Diploma pain JEE main deba darkar nahi. Tame jaha tag karicha sethire tame Uma Charan Pattnaik Engineering College ku choose karicha. Tame sei college campus jaiki admission section re jaiki pachara tanke kahibe kemiti admission heba.  Sethire entrance nathiba. Tama +2 re jaha mark /percentage asichi ,se sabu ku neiki h tanke tamu admission debe. Sei College ra b kichi  cutoff percentage thiba. Seita tame college re jaiki pacharile h jana padiya.

Tame jadi JEE mains deba pain chahuncha then tame Engineering kari paribe but diploma nuha.

I believe that you are talking about M.Tech in Mathematics and Computing. I would recommend you to try to get the same course from a government institution (NIT,IIT) and if you dont get one then go for Manipal. For this stream you may end up getting placed as a data scientist or an analyst. The packages for such jobs are usually good.

I would definitely recommend doing BA in media and communication in Manipal University if you get a chance. The only issue regarding thos course might be the hefty fee that the university charges. But it is definitely worth it considering the campus environment, placements etc.

If you don't have any application form or you have not applied through online then it is not possible for you to take admission in Manipal university. There is no chance to get admission with an application form. Application forms are issued online for a specified period. Now there is no chance, but you can try if you want.

Manipal institute of technology, Pune, doesn't provide B.com course. It is a Technological University and so they provide B.Tech and M.tech courses.
The fee structure of B.Tech course is INR 14-15 lacs for the entire course. In the link below, you will find the entire fee structure per year for various BTech courses.

Manipal University, Sikkim provides B.com course for which the fees is INR 81,900 for 2 years.

Avionics is a broad branch of study in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering in Manipal. For Mtech it is 2 years course with project works. Admission process is done by the basis of all India Manipal Entrance Test.
