Manipal institute of technology, Pune, doesn't provide B.com course. It is a Technological University and so they provide B.Tech and M.tech courses.

Avionics is a broad branch of study in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering in Manipal. For Mtech it is 2 years course with project works. Admission process is done by the basis of all India Manipal Entrance Test.

In my opinion VIT Vellore would be a better choice for any stream rather than Manipal University. The former has definetly got a better reputation in terms of placements and rankings. Plus VIT is harder to get into compared to Manipal. The harder it is to get into a university,

Yes Manipal university Karnataka give better facilities than other private institutions.
Yes it have cafeteria, gym, library, WiFi and many more things.
