Certain seats in degree school are saved for these understudies. Minority seats are just in schools with a minority quantity. May be your board is different the chapters will be in your syllabus. You have studied them. You might have some chapters which are not in NCERT but all the chapters in NCERT is included in your ICSE board  syllabus. So get the syllabus from the official webpage and know which parts of subject are in your ICSE board syllabus and prepare for them very seriously. If there are some chapter which may be not in the syllabus then you can do self-study in that part.

If you get any doubt then you can watch youtube videos for the concept and clearance. There also site which will give you free videos for some section of a subject. for that you can search is google.

under Manipal university, there is an institute called TAPMI which provides admission in MBA. The admission of candidates in MBA program is based on CAT, MAT or GMAT scores. You have to appear in either of the 2 exams or in both the exams. As per the previous records, you have to score 85 percentile in CAT, 85 percentile in MAT and 650 score in GMAT in order to clear their cutoff.

I am sorry to tell you that you will not be eligible for CDS 1 2020. In 2019 For officer's training academy course candidate must be born not earlier than January 1995. So in next year you will not be eligible.

Inorder to secure a seat in LLB:

1. You should have passed your board exam under any board. 

2. You should have a graduate degree in order to apply for LLB. (There is no age limit) 

3. Then you have to register and write the conducted exams. 

4. You can get into LLB by your qualification marks of degree or just by writing an entrance exam. 

5. Then you canevaluate your marks according to cutt offs and get into LLB.

Yes, you can easily get admission in Jai Hind College in BSC, as their bsc cut offs go down to 65 percent as well, but for now the admissions have been closed.

Chances are there that you will get an admission. Your categorical rank is also high.  For MIT Muzaffarpur the general rank cutoff was :- 5k. You may not get ELectrical engineering, Civil engineering,mechanical engineering. You can apply for the rest of the branches. You will get one for sure.
