dear aspirant,hope you are doing well.now coming to your question,if you locked your preferences and the admit card you received was of previous date,then you must immediately report it into the councelling bodies and authorities regarding your problem as soon as possible.also write an email to them regarding this.

Since you have not mentioned your category so we are assuming that you are from general category and you are willing to know about ECE  cutoff Manipal University main campus

As you might be aware that Manipal University has not declared its final cutoff full year 2019 till now but with the help of previous year cutoff you can have a clear idea about your admission in electronics and communication branch in Manipal University main campus

Dear Nisha, you havent mentioned the course you are enquiring about. Neverthless, each College has its own administration and it depends on the course you want to study. But ideally it is suggested to submit different applications if you are submitting your applications offline but if its online, one application will do.

IPU introduced this course just last year and there are presently just two colleges- namely VIPS and Fairfield which offer the course. Hence, the seats are really low (less than 100). Your chances of admission are feeble unless you have a major category benefit. You may wait for the subsequent rounds of counselling to know about your chance. Meanwhile, seek for admission in other colleges too.

Since it is too late to answer your query, I hope you have checked your rank & allotted the seat successfully in Online Counselling. The online counselling was conducted in five rounds between June 18 to July 14. 

The institute will also conduct a spot round counselling on July 30 in offline mode where candidates have to report to the institute. The Candidates who has qualified the entrance exam are eligible to participate in the counselling and seat allotment of MET 2019 to attend MET counselling and seat allotment 2019 in offline mode.
