At 34000 rank you can get only printing technology and biochemical at main Manipal campus.  The chances of getting other branches are very thin. Everything closes near 20k in Manipal except above mentioned two branches .

You should go for CSE at KIIT over IT at manipal university Jaipur. The CSE branch at KIIT will provide you a better exposure for getting a right amount of knowledge and will provide you a better options of job opportunities. I think you have got the point.
