Amity University | M.Tech Admissions 2025
ApplyRanked amongst top 3% universities globally (QS Rankings).
Yes, you can get "admission". You'll be able to secure a seat in Jaipur campus with those marks. However you might not get a branch of your choosing. Like for example, branches like CSE which have higher cut offs and are in higher demands among the students. The cut offs for CSE will be around 550-580, even 600 marks. You do have a shot at branches like ECE or Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering. If you want CSE, you can wait for spot round admissions and can opt for the same, provided vacant seats are left.
Good luck.
Hello Hemdeep,
The opening and closing ranks for admissions to the branches and campuses for each category generally is considered as the cut-off. Candidates can check the cutoff to know if they stand a chance for admissions based on previous year trends. MET Cutoff depends upon factors like the number of applicants, the difficulty of entrance test, seat intake, and past year trends. The cutoff of MET will vary from course to course and institute to institute based on the preferences of the students and definitely not any other factor. So, there's no way to predict the cut-off as of now.
The result of MU OET 2019 (merit list) would be declared on May 4, 2019.
However, you can predict your rank at https://engineering.careers360.com/met-rank-predictor
And for further information, you may visit https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/met-cutoff
Hope this satisfies your query, any feedback or further queries are heartily welcomed.
Thank you.

Hello Hemdeep
Manipal University conducts its own annual common online entrance test to offer admissions to interested candidates in their programs, offered across their three campuses i.e. Manipal University (Karnataka), Manipal University (Jaipur), and Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (Sikkim).
Computer Science is the most popular branch among the students. To get into this branch, one should secure a rank under 2000 (130+ score). Your rank will be decided by number of other factors like availability of seats, number of applicants to name a few, apart from your performance in the exam (i.e. in each section of MU OET). So one can't exactly predict ranks based on MU OET marks as the marks will be normalized by the university while calculating ranks.
Hello Ayushi,
If by MU you mean Mumbai University then unfortunately it does not provide BBA course. However it provides similar courses like Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS). You can check out all the courses provided by Mumbai University from the link below.
http://mu.ac.in/portal/mqin/courses/
And if by MU you meant Manipal University then Manipal University Jaipur does provide Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) course. It is a 3- year duration course and to get admission to its BBA course you need to qualify the Manipal Entrance Test (MET). You can apply for BBA course in Manipal University before 30th April. The official link for the same has been given below:

Hope this helps. Good luck!
Hey, because of the selection is based on the merit list the number is very uncertain. It depends on the number of students appeared for the exam, the score of that year and the number of people applied for the course that year. What you can do it try your luck and apply for the university.
Best wishes.

Dear Samay, for being eligible for DU JAT, you should have passed your 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 60% if you belong to General Category. This aggregate should be in 4 papers including English, Mathematics and 2 other electives. Physics and Chemistry can be those electives. So please check the aggregate adding English marks as well. So if the aggregate crosses 60%, then you are eligible for DU JAT. You can choose BBE through DU JAT.
Manipal univeristy jaipur is a pretty solid place academically, but its not that great as well. Course structure is decent, professors are good, but like every other college, you need to put effort into it. Professors are really approachable. sports facilities are kickass. Library is amazing. auditorium and mess are 5 star. ofcourse they charge money for that. living space are luxurious, unlike BITS.
college infrastructure has every necessary facilities needed, it has very clean campus, beautiful classes, washroom, lobby, play area, etc. it is indeed one of the best campuses in all over India, libraries are also well built.
best college in terms of infrastructure in the entire country right now. hostels feels like hotels and mess has some of the best foods available in the other colleges. it has amazing college environment and greenery.
