IT at MUJ or CS at SMIT ? Which is better / more Preferred?

Both IT and CS departments are good.Choose wisely and select according to your wish.Getting placed in manipal university is too good,so you can try for IT.

Kindly Pls tell the exam in which you got this rank.
If it's muoet then your chances are very faint and I don't think you might get cse. Pls try for other branches

I have secured 134 marks in manipal university entrance exam! What are mu options

As for cutoffs, they always go above 134. However 130 was out of a maximum score of 240. Logically it should be less when the max score is reduced to 200. But since the paper can be attempted twice nowadays, cutoffs remain 120+.
So be safe and take 130+ as the benchmark for CS. Even if you don't get CS in the main campus, you could always take CS in the Jaipur or Sikkim campuses. Additionally you could take IT, and upgrade to CS after your first year. However you need a CGPA around 9 to upgrade to CS in the main campus.

College Infrastructure

The college layout and buildings are so aesthetic that makes me fall in love with the college. The infrastructure and cleanliness of this college is top notch and the best in india for a top university. The labs , library, classrooms are well maintained.

College Infrastructure

The facilities of our college are top not and have a beautiful infrastructure. They provide Wi-Fi , AC classrooms , central library, 4-5 auditorium , cricket ground football ground, basketball court, badminton court and many other sport facilities . We have very good food court also

I had a wonderful time being a part of MUJ.

College Infrastructure

MUJ has an outstanding physical infrastructure and campus facilities. They provide smart classrooms with well-conditioned AC, ICT-enabled seminar halls and good IT labs. They also provide well maintained AC and non-AC hostels for students with a good dining area.
