Both are the good colleges but as per the reviews & rating Amity is good option for Physiotherapy. For the genuine reviews & rating you can go through with given below.
Manipal university is on average for Mechanical in term of placement but it depends on your performance also. The average package is 4 to 4.5 Lakh & the highest packege is arround 15 to 20 lakh.
It has average placements only.

College Infrastructure
Good College with good infrastructure and vast area, the college has well equipped labs and classrooms. The college also has AC which gives you comfort to study properly in heat too, also the college has WIFI support.

The college is very good if you consider the infrastructure. There are well equipped classrooms and labs here which ensure you study good and comfortably even in the Jaipur heat. The college has Wifi which can be used to study.
