We have well furnished infrastructure. Libraries have each and every kind of books. The whole building is centrally air conditioned and the labs and class rooms are equiped with all latest technology for advanced learning procedure.
Students have been called to various conferences around the world due to their skills. People here are best at what they do and have shown proficient skills in their domain be it competitive coding and development or research and field work.
Companies such as microsoft and amazon have been here. The placement percentage is 90+ and last year whole school of computer science and information technology batch got placed. Average package is around 5.
Everything can be learned here.
Amazing
The infrastructure and facilities are excellent. The hostel and living spaces are a great environment to live and study in. The restaurants and eating places were a little on the expensive side and the food wasn't on par.
Studying Mechatronics engineering and the quality of teaching is great in terms of curriculum, practical experience. The department was helpful and the major and minor project really helped us gather the fundamentals necessary to make do in the Industry.
The number of companies visiting, the placement opportunities for students and the guidance given by the placement training officers really helped in finding a decent career path and the college made a lot of effort to keep everyone informed and updated on the new placement opportunities.
It costs 2.5 per years excluding then hostel fees. The cost of living is worth it however the academic fees is a little steep but value.
The campus life is very good as most of the people are from different cultures, creating social groups and extracurricular clubs which really help an individual's growth.
Overall, the campus and the living spaces are excellent while the academic classes and practical labs really help soak up the knowledge well. The entire environment of the campus was great as well.
The infrastructure in world class in all aspects. The entire campus is disability friendly with ramps and lifts everywhere. The architecture gives a traditional feel with all the jali work native to rajasthan but at the same time it is also modern with the entire campus including the hostels being centrally temperature controled. There are also various outlets available offering various products to make the college life more feasible.
The academics is also nice . Where the faculty uses various teaching methods s and mediums. With the availability of and online library, department specific libraries and also a Central library which has a huge quantity of books to deluge one's self into
A wide variety of companies visit during the placement drives. Where we can find various department specific as well as mass recruiters also. Where we see companies like Microsoft, Amazon, dell , jp etc being recruiters offering the highest package
Though the fees is too high but the facilities are also directly proportional but there is still a huge possibility of various things being done with that a lot of money.
The campus life is vibrant and vivacious with various fests, events and seminars being organized very often. The facilities provided by the institution ease out your work and problems and provides a whole some journey with various opportunities to present your talents at various platforms via the clubs and fests.
In all the university is one of a kind with world class facilities and atmosphere and a lot to offer in your college life.
Infrastructure of the college is very nice. Open grounds and chilling points in entire campus. Amazing crowd. Wide variety of options to eat food. Will never feel lonely. Nice rooms and comfortable classroom
Teachers are okayish. Some teachers actually have no knowledge, but still teachers maintain a dignity of teaching. Level of exams are fair enough and marking is sometimes fair sometimes not, as usual story of every college
Placement are okayish. College was supportive. College gave us ample of opportunities to clear company interviews. College keeps its words in 100% placement. But still if you want big companies like Amazon and Google, it's not in their reach right now
Not a value for money. You will spend 20 lakh in 4 year and sorry to say but you won't get a job worth that much. Average package in this college is 5 lpa. You feel really worthless after graduating.
Campus life at muj is simply awesome. There are so many food outlets, you will never feel bored, lonely, amazing crowd and sense of positivity everywhere. Vending machine for late night food, night canteens, everything is perfect
The college has complete necessary infrastructure, including all the required labs, sports grounds, academic classrooms which are fully air conditioned and accessed with wifi. The food is hygienic and tasty as well.
With the presence of highly educated staff and teachers the standard of education is very good. We have access to all the required labs and equipments with continuous guidance of our teachers. Also we have special student coursera accounts from the university which provides us with free certified courses.
The placement status of the college is very good, with companies like microsoft, Amazon, dell coming for campus placements. The rate of the placement is very high and the packages as well. The average packages are 7-8lakhs and these go as high as 40lakhs depending upon the students. (on and off campus)
The cost is somewhere around 3lakhs/year. Although it is a bit high but then the university provides us with the best of facilities and i opportunities, so yes it is value for money.
This is the best campus life I could have gotten, with the presence of all the requirement stores present in the campus we have no troubles any how. Students from all over the country come here to study which gives us a very good exposure and a healthy environment to stay in.
Well this is one of the best colleges in India with a NAAC Score of 3.28 and A+ Rating and it's an honour to be a part of it.
Infrastructure , facilities and equipment are top notch, in fact might be one of the best in India. Classrooms have projectors , boards and are air conditioned. There is wifi throughout the campus. Everything is used and is well maintained. Living space is clean. Food can be a problem many at times
Quality of teaching is satisfactory. I am studying computers and communication engineering. Curriculum is updated but requires a lot more flexibility in terms of elective subjects. The curriculum does not make you job ready, you have to do that on your own. It focuses on assignment deadlines and attendance. The assignments are many at times not helpful in learning. UGC should be the one to take blame for it.
Placements were good. I didn't take part in it because that is not what I was heading for. Average salary was 4 -5 lakh p.a. The placements process was easy it mostly include small tech companies and mid cap companies looking for a sales team. I'm not sure about the highest salary but it must have been around 12-14 lakh pa.
Per year the fee was around 2.5 lakhs which goes upto 4 lakhs if you choose hostel accommodation. Considering a personal over head I would say 5 lakh a year. It's a little expensive. Almost worth it
Campus infrastructure is outstanding. One of the best in the world. The only issues are with food outlets and the mess quality of food. We've had lots of trouble when it came to food. Most of us cannot survive on the mess food and are forced to pay for it whether or not we eat at the mess. This makes it very expensive for us to get good food because we have to rely on outlets which also many at times comprise quality and service.
To say the best infrastructure in india . We have all facilities including free wifi for btech students smart boards, and are well maintained . I would say the cleanleast campus in india. Food hygiene standards are good but people get bored in very first month.
I am pursuing computer science and engineering in manipal university jaipur. The curriculum is updated every year by a committee which includes the alumni who are successful in their fields suggesting the university about new inclusions in field.
The highest package offered in year 2019 was 42.1lacs p.a. and average package was 6.2 lacs p.a. The quality of placements is really great in the university and the university is working for goving the students industry experience.
Course cost 280000 per year.A bit expensive
Yes, my college does have all the necessary facilities and infrastructure. MUJ has a huge campus with various fields. The library contains various books from various fields. The college canteen is very hygienic too.
Academics are great in here. I'm studying ECE at MUJ. The quality of teaching is above average. While some teachers take a keen interest in teaching students, the others dont. I think the teaching can be improved more.
I have heard from seniors that the placements last year were quite great. One really needs to work hard at MUJ to get placed in the top companies since there is a lot of competition among students itself.
with the facilities and infrastructure provided to us, i think it is worth the money. Apart from academics, there are various clubs in the college too which keep the students busy. The faculty is also very supportive.
Our college campus is very big! It has various fields and courts for different sports activities. There are also numerous labs and classrooms. The teaching staff is also very supportive and helpful of the students.
Yes my college has all the facilities which a student needs. Its simply world class.we have smart boards wifi in all class rooms. The living places are well maintained and clean.we can fuck anywhere in the campus
I am studying ECE because circuits fascinate me. The curriculum is well up to date and makes me feel confident of my knowledge. I am very lucky to study in such a wonderful college, the teachers are simply amazing
Packages are amazing ,most of the big companies offer great packages here, each student has atleast 2 offers by then end of 8th semester .Minimum package is 14lac which more than most of the IITs.its too good
My course costs 1.5 lakh per year. Yes it's worth it
It's simply amazing and memorable I love the peer group amazing people .The exposure here I get has helped to grow as a person and I am grateful to Manipal for giving me this amazing platform bro grow overall and develop my personality
Dream college ,no second thoughts about it
Manipal University, Jaipur without a doubt has excellent infrastructure. Our college has won several awards for our infrastructure and architecture. The university has adequate classrooms, laboratories, faculty blocks, sports areas, auditoriums, seminar halls, amphitheatre, workshops, and food courts. The entire campus and hostel has WiFi connectivity. All classrooms are hygienic, well lit, well ventilated, have smart boards and projectors and equipped with centralised air conditioning system.
I am pursuing B.Tech in Computer science and engineering here at MUJ. The faculty of CS branch are almost all PhD and others are doing research to get their PhDs. Faculties have great knowledge in their respective fields some however, may not be able to teach you the way you understand. But, they are very approachable so one can talk to them whenever they want to get their doubts cleared personally. Curriculum changes according to the industry and in second year you get to chose open electives.
I have not yet reached the stage so to tell you about the placements. Although from what I observed this year, many reputed companies like, Dell, Microsoft, Phillips and many other companies visited our campus. Placement in cs/it branches were the best amongst other branches.
Fees for the course is 2.8 lakhs per year and hostel and mess fees is separate. I honestly feel that the fees is quite high for what it's worth.
I'd say the campus life is pretty decent, you will find students of all categories form people clubbing all the time to very studious ones. How your campus life is depends on who and what category of people you chose to stay with. Besides, campus has a library open from 8 am to 11 pm, sports facilities like, football, basketball, volleyball, squash, cricket, tennis, badminton, indoor games, etc. There is also a temperature regulated pool in the hostel. There many clubs from coding to literature.
My first year experience was good. I got to learn many things this year. Teachers are pretty good, mess food is also decent and food joints are also good in the hostel. Overall, if you are okay with the fees, and are willing to learn, then you are going to learn many things the college, do some research, and eventually land a good placement here. Almost all colleges have these downsides. Just like every coin has two sides, how you end up completely depends on you. On a lighter note, festsaregood
Hello Vishal,
With a score of
121 in MET 2025
and
86% in PCM board exams
, here's a general analysis:
Predicted Rank:
A MET score of 121 typically falls in the 15,000 to 18,000 rank range , though this can slightly vary each year based on exam difficulty and student performance.
Since MET does not officially release detailed rank-score data, this estimate is based on past trends and analysis.
Chances for CSE at MUJ (Manipal University Jaipur):
CSE at MUJ is one of the most in-demand branches, and usually the closing rank lies around 8,000 to 10,000 .
With a predicted rank around 15,000 to 18,000 , getting CSE at MUJ is quite unlikely in the initial rounds .
However, you may have a
chance in the later rounds or spot rounds
if seats remain vacant or cutoff drops.
Recommendations:
Consider applying for branches like ECE, IT, or Data Science , which have slightly higher closing ranks.
Keep checking counselling rounds regularly for any updates or vacant seats.
You can also look at internal sliding options after first year, based on academic performance.
I would recommend you to use MET College Predictor Tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.
Scoring 82 out of 240 in the Manipal Entrance Test means your r ank is likely to be above 40,000, based on previous years’ trends. Unfortunately, this rank is quite low for CSE Stream at Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), especially at the main Manipal campus.
Manipal campus (main): CSE cutoffs are typically under 3,000–4,000 rank.
Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) and Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) may have higher cutoff ranks for CSE — sometimes up to 15,000–20,000 or more.
Hello Aspirant,
