One of the reasons i chose to study in MUJ was because of the infrastructure of the college. MUJ is spread across a large land and even though it is situated a little out of the city it has all the necessary facilities you might need and alot more.
I am studying MBA in finance from MUJ and say that for a fact that my teachers were always there for me every step of the way. The class was always very interactive and informative and i was able to learn new things and enhance my knowledge.
I am currently in my 1st year of my postgraduate course but what i have seen and understood from my seniors is that the college puts their everything in bringing out the best opportunities for us and as far as i know all my seniors are placed into really good companies.
I think i am getting a good return for my moneys’ worth and as MUJ provides you with an opportunity to apply for scholarships as well you feel extra motivated to perform well.
Attending college for 6 hours was a really big deal for me because in my graduation i rarely had to go to college so to be in college for everyday felt like a really big task. But once i joined MUJ it didn’t feel like that at all. How time flies by from 9 to 6 you don’t even realize. There are students from various states so you get to learn alot of new things and you make friends that are your family.
MUJ has all facilities that one expects from a college. Classrooms have ACs and smart boards, the library has a wide range of books for students to choose from. Also, all kinds of sports are encouraged by the University. The hostel area is very neat and clean, rooms are cleaned every alternate day. There is supply of hot water 24/7. The mess food is very hygienic, along with that there are various food outlets in the hostel itself. The swimming pool is a new addition to the hostel space.
I'm studying computers and communication engineering. The quality of teaching is really great. I mean, it depends upon the teacher. The curriculum is regularly updated according to the recent developments in the industry.
The quality of placements has been excellent in the college. A huge number of students are placed every year. Last year the highest package offered was from Microsoft. It went to a student from SCIT branch. I haven't been placed yet, but the placement coordinators are very supportive and helpful in general.
The course cost me around 3lakhs yearly. I really like this college because of the teachers, the curriculum, the fests, etc. In general, the college is very supportive of students and always provides us with new and challenging opportunities.
I think my college campus is the best, it is huge. Students can engage in various sports activities in the fields and courts. We have auditoriums as well for various performances, guest lectures, etc. The faculty engages with the students to organize fests and makes them a success. The location of the college is far away from the city. With the hostel right in front of the college, it can handle emergencies as we have a medical centre too.
The college has clean classrooms and very well furnished labs with good infrastructure, libraries are clean and great to go and study in, living places and food are clean and hygienic. The but the teachers and the administration are the worst, you can't use the labs until you get 100 forms signed in 100 different offices with different teachers, most of which are.. just very bad people, not fit to work around children at all, I mean, the worst.
I'm an engineering student, we have good resources but the teachers are reluctant and disinterested in teaching and in the future of their students, they don't care. The only thing they care about is getting free and torturing children because they want to do other stuff like perform in extra curriculars etc.
A lot of companies visit and students are duly informed, many people of caliber get placed Avg salary is not so much, but for starters it's understandable..............................................
Courses cost a lot, not much is given in return, No practical knowledge is bestowed, the mandatory experiments are merely brushed off and not put much effort in
Our campus is away from the city and is beautiful, very scenic and quite peaceful. The cultural clubs in the college do great and people engage in them and perform very beautifully
The wardens and chief warden in the hostel are literally the worst human beings to step in the face of the earth, and personally, I've met a terrorist once and those guys still are the worst I've ever met.
The infrastructure is most certainly the best in MUJ comparing with all the college I have ever been to. The management invests a lot not only constructing but also in maintaining the same for the students to have a productive vibe around them. They maintain the hygiene and provide all the necessities required by any student (as in the wifi facilities, recreating areas, lab equipment’s for personal projects etc.)
Being a Mechanical student, I can confidently say that the teachers in MUJ are highly qualified in their respective fields and have a very good knowledge about the subject. I cannot assure regarding faculties from other branches but to what I have heard, they too have a great knowledge. Moreover if the faculty teaching isn’t clear the students have all the freedom to go and ask doubts to the same or some other teacher.
The placements in SCIT departments have been good and have been improving as the college is growing and making a mark of its own, but concerning about the mechanical, automobile and civil departments, the placements are not remarkable, the college is working to improve the placements but still might take a while to get good companies to come for placements in MUJ especially in the core work field. There are several companies that pick students from MUJ but they get placed in non technical sector
The fee is slightly too much but trust me if the student works hard he can make it all worth it as Manipal University Jaipur gives you a great foundation to set up your base and grow throughout. The fee structure might seem high at first but it is very transparent unlike other colleges. And the opportunities you get at MUJ will equalise a lot to what you invest, but again it will depend on you what you can make out of it.
The campus life is amazing, there is full freedom, no compulsions, no monitoring, it completely depends on you how you are willing to develop your path. To be honest no person will compel you or distract you from your own will. The campus provides all necessary resources to grow and also gives a chance to meet and interact with people. Finding new people is equally important as they too make a huge impact on how you choose to grow in future.
I got an opportunity to study in MUJ and with all the skills I have learnt, I am very much pleased with myself and thankful to the college. Apart from the classes the college has thought me so many things that I cannot forget. To anyone who is willing to join I will definitely recommend MUJ to experience what I did and as a advice I would also recommend to join some or the other club activities in the college or in some rest in the college as they too teach a lot in itself.
In terms of infrastructure MUJ is one of the best colleges. Ever since my first year I’ve been working on various projects and also conducting research on some very diverse range of topics but never have I had faced a lack of equipment or access to it. The students are allowed to access and utilise all of the labs and the equipments very freely and without any unnecessary boundations. The living spaces that we have are cleaned twice a week and we can get them cleaned at our own request as well.
The academics in my opinion are quite amazing when compared to the other institutions of our country and the faculty is also very supportive and helpful if we won’t to explore our domain but I believe there is a lack of integration between the latest developments of my field and the curriculum. So despite of there being systems in place to help us explore in our own, we have to put extra effort on our end if we want to keep up with the industry standards.
Our college has quite a unique and effective placement strategy which in my opinion has been very successful so far and will only improve in the next few years. Apart from the final placements we have programs such as Internfair, hackathons, problem solving challenges etc throughout the year which help us get internships at very reputed companies and gives us an opportunity to secure PPOs. We also have various industrial conclaves which help us in creating a better network for ourselves.
The fees at our college is a little more expensive when compared to most of the colleges but it genuinely has been worth it. There are more than plenty opportunities for anyone to pursue whatever they like at this college provided that we make the effort for it. The teachers here are very supportive and our Vice-Chancellor takes a personal interest in promoting this culture at our college. If we ever face any problems we can quite freely approach our teachers and also the Deans and Directors.
My college has the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. It also has clean living spaces and hygienic food. Classrooms are modern, clean and well lit along with the labs, library. We get WiFi over the entire campus and hostel.
I’m studying Mechatronics because of my interest in robotics and automation. The quality of teaching is good. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. We’re given industrial experience.
Placements are plenty and good. Many companies come every year during placements to hire a multitude of students from different branches. Personally speaking for my own field, they’re not that good and hence the reason for 4 stars.
My course cost per year is around 2.75 lakhs. I do feel like I’m getting my money’s worth due to the opportunities and workshops offered all year round.
The campus life is amazing. It accommodates people with special needs well and without being isolated. The students can engage in various activities like music, sports, dance, committees etc. the students, teacher and support staff are helpful and understanding. It’s safe and can handle it emergencies.
I’ve had a good time at this college and I enjoy campus life a lot. I would recommend this to students who want to try and branch out in their life.
The University has a great foundation when it comes to infrastructure. Everything we have on the campus right from classrooms to labs is definitely worth the pride and comparable to international standards.
I’m currently into final year Mechatronics engineering, and one thing for sure is that the curriculum is updated more often to impart the latest trends although at the end everything boils down to individuals ability to grasp and extrapolate information and knowledge and not being narrow sighted.
The placements have been good, and wide variety of companies come to pick you up. The packages offered are at par with industry standards and individual caliber. The training and placement cell provides a great support along with respective departments of different courses.
The university keeps updating the fee structure. So latest information regarding the same can be availed from the university’s website.
The life on the campus is amazing and experiential and teaches you a lot. The various happening on the campus helps to inculcate required skills which comes handy down the road. Overall you get good support from everyone around.
Muj has an outstanding infrastructure, with all the facilties that a university should have ,the famous dome building of the campus is designed by famous architect Hafeez contractor who has designed many remarkable buildings
I am studying btech civil engineering ,quality of teaching is good with an updated curriculum and a good chance of placement too University has also been accredited with a+ by NAAC .manipal maintain its prestige by doing good in academics
Good placements like l&t and ultratech cement visited the campus this year and in software side also good companies like Google ,microsoft, dell, accenture and many more participated in the placements this year
My course cost rs 5 lakh per year including hostel and the prices are valuable in terms of facilities
Manipal university jaipur is one of the best in terms of infrastructure. It has A grade facilities for everything, be it sports, academics, housing or relaxation. The Mess is also very clean and the quality of the food is much much better than what a general engineering college is expected to have. It gives 60 gb wifi to each student per month which is very awesome. The classrooms are of the appropriate size according to the no. Of students in each class. The hostel rooms are very spacious.
I selected ECE because i love the world of electronics and Manipal is really helping me go much deeper in it with its elite facilities like its labs and its equipments. The teachers of my department are so knowledgeable and are very supportive. The curriculum is also very up to date and it prepares us for the tasks we will face in the future in our respective fields. The quality of teaching is also very good, the course is upto date and is the real deal
As a first year i haven't gone through the process of placement but with what my seniors have told me and the banners of the companies I've seen, I can be 100% sure when I say that the college really does look after it's kids. So many companies come for placements. The highest salary package thisbyear was around 25 lakhs. And the average package give was 8 lakhs. The placement process is very efficient and ensures that there is no bias and everyone has an equal chance at grabbing a job.
In this domain my college is a little wobbly. The fees is more than the average fees of private engineering colleges.
The campus life is The Best anyone can have. We have around 6 badminton courts, 4 squash courts, 5 lawn tennis courts, cricket & football ground any many more gaming facilities. We have a very clean and efficient gym. The mess is very hygienic. The staff is the most friendly staff I've ever seen, they help us with everything and are very kind.
No doubt infrastructure of the MUJ is one of the best in India. All the classrooms and labs are very well designed and contains all the required and well maintained equipments. There are several spots for the students to chill and hangout. There are grounds of all sorts which includes cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, tennis etc. It also had library which is not very big but it is average in size and has books related to all the subjects. The hostels are also well facilitated.
Overall course curriculum is good, faculty is fine. One problem you might face is quality of students. The quality of students is not that good. Teachers are cooperative and helpful but if we talk about career opportunities it might be less then your expectations. Basically, 1st year was quite intresting but you may face difficulty from 2nd year. But if you want to enjoy college life and you are fine with average placement then it is a good college.
Placements for Cse, IT and CCE is good enough although college is just 8 years old. Here almost everyone is eligible for placements and get the job with an average package of 4-5 lacs. Some good companies like Microsoft, Dell and Amazon visit the college. Placement of other branches is fine but not so good. Yo need to work hard for good packages.
The situation is 50-50 here. In terms of Money the college life is worthit but the academics are not. the academics of MUJ are very depressing as we focused on previous records. But yes the college life is very good and rich.
Camous Life at MUJ is so amazing. Here are so many things one can do to improve his/her personality. Various indoor game are there, you can go for swimming, and may also take part in various clubs fest and all. The cultural fest of the college ONERIOS is lit.
