It is one of the most beautiful campuses in India. There a wholesome vibe that you experience once you enter the college. The classes are well equipped. The labs too are nice. Overall the architecture of the university is enthralling.
The academics are good. The faculty is highly qualified and try to help us. Although some teachers are great at teaching while some are not that good. Overall the faculty is helpful and will guide you well if you need any guidance.
The placement cell of the university is extremely helpful. There are a lot of companies that visit for campus placement. The students get well placed and the university record of placement can be said satisfactory.
The college infrastructure is well built and is equipped with star of the art facilities. It is one of the cleanest campus i have ever seen with a 2 lead platinum buildings that is awesome in itself ! The hostels are luxurious and is equipped with everything that a student might need for a good college life
The academics are good can't say it is excellent but the college has a lot to offer when it comes to project and research the faculty is really helpful and encouraging. The college provides Coursera to all the students to learn skills that take huge fee amount in general ! (For the certification)
Since i have been in college i have seen many MNCs starting to come in the campus for the placements. Such as Microsoft , Amazon etc.. considering that it's been only 9 years since the college has started the placements are good..
With all the facilities , Aminities , collaboration with many international organisations (Coursera , EC-council , Red hat) and colleges it checks some boxes when talking about the value for money!
The campus life is great , there are a plethora of fests , clubs , events to keep the Students busy in some activity or other throughout the year ! Which makes the college life a little easy and fun!
The overall Rating is 5 star considering the time since the college has started functioning ! It has achieved a lot in many terms ..few of them would be getting an A+ rating in NAAC rating! And climbing up in the top colleges of the country!
New place , new people, definitely a scary experience. When I first entered college , I was overwhelmed by the facilities available to us , in fact , I got lost exploring the entire campus. Once you get used to the place, it's pretty amazing.
Studying computer engineering , currently in the 2nd year. This field has always fascinated me, not really sure as to what I wanna pursue after this but I know it will be related to computing. Curriculum is pretty up-to-date with changes taking place whenever required. As long as you are focused on what you are doing , the curriculum definitely makes you job-ready.
Quality of placements improves with every working year , with the big-name companies popping up. Around 75-80% of the students were placed and highest package would be around 45-50 lakhs PA. Average salary would be around 5-10 lakhs PA.
Course fee per year should be around 2-2.3 lakhs. It's tough to decide whether you are getting your money's worth or not, it definitely can be improved .
Campus has almost everything to offer, complete with technical as well as non-technical activities. Various clubs , sports , events are present to make every student happy. Location is along the Jaipur-ajmer expressway , remote location with pros and cons. Definitely safe and can handle emergencies.
One of the key features of our college is it's Infrastructure and what all it offers to its students. The classrooms are kept neat, and very modern in respect of standards. Laboratories have newer equipments, physics lab is very well maintained. There are many libraries that can be accessed by the students. The central and main library is well utilized. Hygiene is also maintained given the number of students.
I'm studying Computer science for the love of coding and their curriculum from what I have seen is very updated and goes according to the schedule planned. Teachers are experienced but there are a few faculty who have difficulty in teaching. Apart from normal curriculum, the colleges offers 'N' number of various opportunities in the forms of Clubs, student chapters, workshops, etc to learn, grow and become job ready.
Haven't really had the opportunity to see the placements but I've seen Microsoft and Dell giving away good packages to seniors. The quality of placements has begun to rise from where it started and probably by the time I apply for one, it'd be way better from where it stands now.
The college is very good and really helpful for your career but the fee is a bit too high. Looking at other Private institutions, you'd feel better cause it's the same case everywhere.
Campus Life here is the best part as a student. The faculties are very helpful, the crowd of students as well. All the seniors share their experiences and guide us through. It can handle emergencies, it has a lot of potential for it. It is very safe as it is distant from city and has a hospital and other amenities within the campus itself, so it's convenient for all students. Everything is readily available.
I didn't expect the college to be as good as it is because it had no such reviews or anything to read or know about apart from personal relationships, but going by the way it is - it'll grow to be a very renowned and prestigious college which I can be a part of and with the recent A+ NAAC accreditation - it's bound to reach better standards.
I have been a student of this college for the past 4 years and one thing i can say about the college is that it has great infrastructure and surroundings in the college. The mess area is large and the environment of the hostel and college is very good.
Academics is good and teachers are helpful. The college offers a large variety of MOOC courses on the Coursera platform for just a nominal fee of ₹1000 which is refundable is you complete atleast 1 course in that period.
Placements department is helpful in most cases. The companies the bring for placements are good and placement officers have good contacts. The college has a good placement record and companies like Dell and Microsoft are regulars.
My course cost me 254000 per year and i would consider it value for money as the knowledge i gained will help me in my professional life.
Campus life is very good. Hostel and college are very close so we can go to the hostel easily when there is a gap between classes.
This is a great college and I would recommend it.
One of the main thing going for the college is it's infrastructure. It is one of the most beautiful colleges in India and a good but rather expensive Hostal. As for the Classrooms andLabs they are well equipped with the equipments and systems needed.
In Private engineering colleges they have above average academic system. Professors are ok and you do get to learn stuff but as like anyother college you do need to put your own efforts in it to be of any help in the industry
Placement here is much better then any other private engineering institute. Specially for CSIT stream. This year's placement was almost 100% with a good average package. Placement process is a bit confusing but nothing too hard to follow
The campus is very clean and tidy. Each classroom is equipped air conditioning andpretty comfortable seats and chairs to study on along with the projectors. Whole campus is also equipped with lightning fast wifi. The corridors are clean and tidy always.
I am studying engineering in information technology and I think the teaching curriculum has all the recent updates and the staff does try to get ahead in the industry by encouraging students to learn and publish their work along with the help of the university.
The quality of placements at MUJ is already up to the mark starting from Microsoft and Dell to all the other companies every student gets equal opportunity. In the final year every week there were atleast 2 companies who visited us and gave chance to all the students no matter where they stood academically.
Well maintained campus with all the lab facilities. The hostels are nice with 24/7 WiFi. The classes are available with smart classes and advance teaching techniques. There is a separate place for sport center.
Teachers are well trained and educated with experience of practical life implementation of the subject taught. The content made by the professors is good and the research facility is for higher research projects are advancing.
The university covers major companies for placements like Amazon, TCS, Anglo Eastern, Bosch. Majority of the students are placed with an average salary of 3.5LPA. The maximum salary was offered by amazon 35LPA in CSE department. The placement coordinators are helpfull and provide short hands for obtaining the placements.
Average of 4.5 lacs with hostel facilities and yes the money is worth spending.
Basic infrastructure for planning projects are not well equipped. Library is well managed. Books and magazines are always arranged well. There are books and notes available in library on almost all the topics required.
I have completed Bachelor's in Planning from manipal University jaipur. The curriculum followed there was well updated. We were always taught about the present situation of the city as well as its day to day crises.
Placement experience was very poor. Placements in B.plan was not at all provided by college placement cell. All the students were placed either by the help of their teachers or by applying off Campus.
Yes everything's good. Yes the living spaces are clean and the food was always hygienic. Everything was available all the experimantal equipments all the machines and etc. All the necessary facilities were there.
Studied B. Tech(EEE). Overall teaching quality is good. Nowadays there are demand in the electrical sector and earlier also there was the demand but now its been increasing day by day. Yes the curriculum was updated as well.
It's Average,as there are the placements regarding the marketing and sales company. As there was low opportunity in the placement for basic electrical company and there were less opportunities in the technical field as well.
It was around 3-4lacs. I think it was worth. All the basic and high comfort was available. Everything like washrooms, beds, lights, AC and etc were in the good condition. Sometimes we had face problems but with the time it was sorted out.
Overall its good. There was greenery and it was well decorated during the time of festivals and events that were held at the campus. All the verity of food were available there were enough resturants at the campus.
Overall experience.... It is good. It could be recommended to the others. Only there must be the more good transportation connectivity and the nearby places should be more developed so that the surrounding environment would be better.
Hello Vishal,
With a score of
121 in MET 2025
and
86% in PCM board exams
, here's a general analysis:
Predicted Rank:
A MET score of 121 typically falls in the 15,000 to 18,000 rank range , though this can slightly vary each year based on exam difficulty and student performance.
Since MET does not officially release detailed rank-score data, this estimate is based on past trends and analysis.
Chances for CSE at MUJ (Manipal University Jaipur):
CSE at MUJ is one of the most in-demand branches, and usually the closing rank lies around 8,000 to 10,000 .
With a predicted rank around 15,000 to 18,000 , getting CSE at MUJ is quite unlikely in the initial rounds .
However, you may have a
chance in the later rounds or spot rounds
if seats remain vacant or cutoff drops.
Recommendations:
Consider applying for branches like ECE, IT, or Data Science , which have slightly higher closing ranks.
Keep checking counselling rounds regularly for any updates or vacant seats.
You can also look at internal sliding options after first year, based on academic performance.
I would recommend you to use MET College Predictor Tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.
Scoring 82 out of 240 in the Manipal Entrance Test means your r ank is likely to be above 40,000, based on previous years’ trends. Unfortunately, this rank is quite low for CSE Stream at Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), especially at the main Manipal campus.
Manipal campus (main): CSE cutoffs are typically under 3,000–4,000 rank.
Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) and Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) may have higher cutoff ranks for CSE — sometimes up to 15,000–20,000 or more.
Hello Aspirant,
MET (Manipal Entrance Test) cutoff for an M.Sc. program at Manipal University is above 190. Candidates are advised to secure minimum 190 marks or above out of the total 240 marks. This will allow the candidates to have a higher chance of securing admissions into their preferred course and campus.
According to your marks, may be you wont get into your preferred course but these are possible chances that you might get another course and campus with this range of marks. The authorities will consider various factors while preparing the cutoff of MET 2025, such as the previous year's trends, the difficulty level of the entrance exam, the number of applicants, the total number of seats available, etc. The MET 2025 cutoff will vary as per the candidate's selected category, course and campus. MET 2025 seat allotment will be done as per the candidate's rank, preferences, category and seat availability.
