Hello,

Admission to B.tech in Rajasthan state colleges is done through REAP.If you want to get admission in RTU, Kota or MBM, Jodhpur you need to apply for REAP through JEE Main score. The admission is based on merit in JEE Main or Class 12 or Diploma. As you have secured a decent percentile in JEE Main you can apply for REAP.There isn't any other mode through which you can apply other than the above mentioned modes.

Hello.
As MBM Jodhpur is one of the prestigious college in India, so it's cutoff always goes high in terms of percentile, as it would be difficult to predict percentile cutoff because it vary  for every session of exam depending upon the number of candidate appeared for the exam, number of student who get marks less than and equal to your marks still according to the January session of exam if your percentile is 98 plus then you may consider your good chances in general category because it's rank always go under 5000 which will be compensate with 98 plus percentile after conversion but number of student appeared for the exam are variables so this percentile will also vary for the next session of exam, while for st category you may consider 88 plus percentile.
Best of luck.

Hi student,

At 85 percentile in January JEE Mains and you are from ST category you will surely get admission in MBM Jodhpur college but it will be impossible to get CSE, EE, IT, ME, ECE, EEE and Civil Engineering branches. But there are chances of you will get branches like Building and Construction Technology, Mining, Production and Industrial and Chemical Engineering and more lower cutoff branches.

To CSE branches you are required to get 98+ percentile in JEE Mains second attempt.

Hello aspirant

With 85 percentile your expected all India rank will be around 130351.5

As you are from St category, you are qualified in jee main. Previous year's cut off for qualifying Jee main was 44+ percentile for St category. Though your Jee main according to your category is good but as you have mentioned that you got less marks in your xii board  . You have not mentioned your xii board marks. Seeing to your category, for BE /B tech courses you should get minimum 40% in PCM in xii board. For admission to  NIT and IIT Colleges you should score minimum 65% in PCM ( it is 75% for general category)

On basis of Eligibility. Criteria for different courses you can estimate whether you will get admission to MBM or RTU KOTA.

However if you are eligible then Admission will depend on but offs of these colleges. Cut off varies each year. So after jee main July session you can follow the link given below for college prediction

Hello Aspirant,

According to the norms decided for Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) you have to opt that whether you want admission on the basis of you percentage of 12th or from JEE-Main Percentile. If you opt 'On 12th basis" than you should enter your percentage of four subjects that are Physics Chemistry Mathematics and English. On the basis of this percentage your name will be included in merit list.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

Hello Aspirant,

According to your percentile your rank would be near about 1.7 Lakhs. On the basis of this rank and also your reserved category ST you have strong chances to get CSE branch in RTU Kota but in MBM Jodhpur you might not get CSE branch for this percentile. If we talk about CTAE you can try in this Institute for CSE as well.

As cut-offs are bound to change every year therefore we cannot guarantee your admission in any course or institution.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

Hello Aspirant,

According to your percentile your rank would be near about 1.7 Lakhs. On the basis of this rank and your reservation category there are strong chances that you might get seat in any one of the mentioned institutions.

Note that MBM Jodhpur and RTU Kota both takes admissions through REAP counselling which is done on the basis of your marks in class 12th as well as your JEE-Main percentile.

You can also use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your college according to your percentile.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

Hello.
Well minimum eligibility percentage in your 10+2 must be at least 40% for MBM college , as you are having more than it so from this side you are eligible but if your mentioned percentile is of JEE mains January session of exam so I would like to inform you that MBM is one of the prestigious college and having good ranking so for that if it comes to General category so you may consider your good chances if you have percentile more than 98, with this your rank may lie under the cutoff but there may be variations because predicting directly from percentile will give ambulatory results as your percentile is prepared on the basis of the number of candidates who get marks less than and equal to your marks but in order to convert it into common rank we can use below relationship for approximate idea and here total number of candidates appeared for the exam vary for every session of exam so your rank from percentile would also vary .
Approximate Rank= (100- your score)* total number of candidates appeared for any particular session of exam/100.
Remember this formula is specifically for JEE mains percentile to approximate common rank conversation , so here in January session of exam number of candidates appeared was 8,69,010 so your approximate common rank with 80 percentile would be near about 173,802 now with this rank your chances of getting in your mentioned college even with ST category are less.
Now if you want to predict more colleges with your mentioned percentile score then you can go through the mentioned link and can use our college predictor tool:
https://www.careers360.com/college-predictor
Now you have another chance to improve your JEE mains score then you should appear for the next session of JEE mains exam ,here NTA has reopened application window from 19/may/2020 to 24/may /2020.
Best of luck.

Hello dear

You can expect your general rank in between 1.2-1.4 lakhs and category rank in between 2000-3000 with this percentile score .

As there is nothing available on the internet about the cutoffs of last year for jee mains to get admission in this college in btech course. So you should concern to the students who gas already in this college some might be your friends or neighbor or you can find students on the Facebook page if there is any official page or something like this available because they can give you more information about it.

Good luck
