i got 82% in 12th rbse board and 240 marks in jee paper 2 can i get mbm jodhpur for b.arch?

The minimum percentage in 12th for Applying B Arch is 75%.
And Final selection is based on Your JEE paper 2 marks.
& 240 is a very good mark.
