M.B.M is one of reputed institute is located in Rajasthan.If we talk about branch then Mining is one of best branch of mbm in terms of placements and pracital knowledge.If you want to admitted in mbm then you have follow to Reap process stand for Rajasthan engineering admission process.you have to appear in Jee and on basis of rank of Jee you can get MBM through reap.MBM has underground mining with ventilation systems.There are many laboratories related to mining in which student can get practical knowledge.

If you want to get into MBM JODHPUR to pursue BTECH/BE courses, then you need to register to REAP portal. You can register there once your exams get over and you can do it either on the basis of your entrance exam ie JEE mains score and your 12th boards percentage. The distribution is not known but jee mains score is considered as a bigger priority. The eligibility criteria to apply is just that candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Maths and Physics being the compulsory subjects.

MBM Engineering College - [MBM], Jodhpur has better placements as compared to College of Technology and Engineering, Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology - [CTAE], Udaipur many mass recruiters visit MBM frequently. It provides better placements with good conversion rate. Academic records of the college is very good. Hope this may help you.

Both colleges has good infrastructure, facilities and faculties. But at last it ends on placements, and coming to placements mbm jodhpur gives 100% placements (according to reviews) especially for CS or IT department. Whereas ECE placement records for iiit dharwad are not so much good. Many companies like TCS, AQ, vedanta, Adobe and many other visit the campus of mbm jodhpur.

Yes you can get admission in MBM only after 2nd round of counselling as many students leave their seats.So you can apply for remaining seats but you have to be in touch with direct admission form and dates.

College of technology and engineering Udaipur is one of the top colleges under REAP. These year the cutoff of mechanical was higher than that of ece. The faculty of the college in both the department are good and infrastructure and facilities are also good. 

The placement of both the department are almost same and some core companies visit to the college for placements. The college has good alumini base which allows better placements.

This year the highest package from the college was 12 lakh and it was from ECE. But branch choice completely depends on your interest. 

Apply for upward movement if you want to change your seat.

MBM Engineering College or Mugneeram Bangur Memorial Engineering College is one of the oldest engineering colleges in India. Established in 1951 by the Government of Rajasthan, the college offers various UG and PG courses in engineering as well as other streams. 

• Admission to the undergraduate programs is based on the performance of the student in the JEE MAINS.
• Candidate must have passed 10+2 Examination from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

The placement of the college is average. You may get high packages or low packages depending on your performance during the graduation. The placement for CS, Civil branch is high as per my analysis. You may also ask some of your friends who had already studied there.
