I am from sc category and domicile of rajasthan and got 80% in cbse board 12th exam and jee mains score is 60 percentile . Can I got mbm college ( civil engineering ).

As of now 2nd session of jee mains is pending. After it is done results and rank list will be released. Your expected rank(347,604) now and then will vary by a big factor.
As of jee mains , your percentile is low but there is possiblity to get through your categorical rank. If you hold domicile criteria then you can apply for home state quota.
Also apply for other best college options along with MBM.
