I would say NIT CALICUT CS the reason for it are:-

1. CSE in NITC is comparable to top IITs, 100%      placement with average CTC over 12 lpa            and CTCs of 40 lpa,27 lpa ,24 lpa, 18 lpa ,16      lpa etc being common.

based on your rank and considering last year trends you will not get core branch but you will get chemical,production and biotech .You may also try for special round may be you can reach to civil or mechanical but it is difficult as the vacant seats in home

MNIT Allahabad doesn't have a seat in female category in gen- PWD category for chemical engineering. 

I see that you are interested in chemical science. So you want to go for chemical engineering. But sorry to say previous year they didn't have a seat for this category.
