Hi dear,

          May be you can get seat there may be not with this rank in JEE mains Paper 2. Though you have qualified JEE Mains Paper 2 but you can not get seat in any of the government Architecture college offering BE. Arch. as your rank is very very less in JEE mains Paper 2. You should also apply for other govt. Arch. Colleges under home state quota.

Below is the cut off for JEE Main paper 2 2017 to get admission in NITs :

Cut off Closing rank 2017 are as follows-

• General- 4000
• OBC- 1489 (Category Rank)
• ST- 433 (Category Rank)
• SC- 503 (Category Rank)

  You should try for Some good private colleges. Try referring Career 360 App to check reviews of colleges and their rankings. Use various Comapre tools too to compare different colleges.

No it will be difficult for you to get admission in NIT Calicut and in the mechanical branch with this rank as you need to score under 1500 to ensure your admission

You can definitely get admission into National Institute of Technology, Calicut. You have very good rank so you have very decent chance that you can get your preferred engineering stream for graduation from this colleges. If you belong to home state of this college then you have more advantage.

congratulations! your rank is very good.at this rank you can easily get CS in NIT, calicut. you can also get admission in top three NIT because CS in Top three NIT would require Rank within 3000.so, you can go for it also.
