Now,as far as getting into CSE branch in NIT Jamshedpur under home state quota is concerned,148 seems to be sufficient marks, but this year as the board exam weightage has been scrapped, the cutoffs may change.Moreover the the closing Rank for CSE branch at NIT Jamshedpur is getting better

It is difficult to say the cutoff of ews category as this is applying first time.but if your rank is less than 50k or 55k in general you have a chance to get a seat in NIT Jamshedpur or BIT Mesra.Y ou can check here cutoff of previous

With this marks you can get NIT Jamshedpur but not CSE or Mech or may be ECE. Other than these branc you can get almost all.

For NIT Patna i am not sure about CSE but other than CSE you can almost all the branch in NIT patna.

See the marks u have scored is considered is considered as the average score in JEE MAINS. With this score u will be able to get both of these colleges for pusuing ur higher studies in btech. U will get most of the average colleges like NIT JALANDHAR

• Geotechnical engineering- 500+
• Structural engineering- 550+

(2) NIT Jamshedpur

• Geotechnical engineering-460-480+
• Structural engineering- 490-500+
