Accoding to your rank in jee mains 2019 you cannot get any of the branches which you have told because mechanical branch closes at CRL 15500 , mining closes at CRL 33000 . But don't be sad because you have other branches available .

According to previous year cut offs, it will be hard for you to get any Integrated M.Sc. course in NIT Rourkela.

But there is a chance in life science if you are from home state.
