Hello Buddy! Hope you're doing good.
Seat will be issued to you on your merit this year. If compare between EEE Calicut or Mechanical NIT Warangal, then no doubt NIT warangal as it is one among the top NIT which gives your better facilities in each and every aspect. You can also continue with JNTUHK as it is also one of the good institute in India. Hope this will help you.
ALL THE BEST! WORK HARD !!
Unless youre interested in Research/PhD abroad or maybe planning to prepare for GATE, PSU, Public Research Sector Exams like for DRDO, BARC, ISRO, CSIR, or maybe planning Government Service Preparation like UPSC CSE, Etc, Physics at NIT Warangal maybe a better option.
ECE at NIT Patna, is the best option provided youre planning Career Scope and Placements or maybe Management in future. NIT Patna has good placements.
Hello,
Both the colleges stand good on the the factors below:
The branches you are getting are also good core branches wide wide career options, will provide a brief overview about both.
Civil Engineering is more concerned with structures, construction management, resource conservation and material studies.
Mechanical engineering on the other hand comprises all sorts of machinery, automations, materials and heat and mass transfer.
I would also like to add here that an engineering course should be very much taken with an interest in the field so I would suggest you to consider that factor and if you are not aware of the branches mentioned look them up on the internet more reliable will be to go through the syllabus on the respective colleges' website. An interest in the field is the key factor in deciding how your 4 years of college will be and what opportunities you will land for yourself.
Good luck, hope it helps!!

Hello aspriant
hope you are doing great. As per your query I would glad to tell you that in my opinion you should go for college over branch because at the end the goal of majority of the students is placement for which you need college of very good brand . Moroever , if we talk about branch in placements student of all branches sit together only so if you keen interest in coding and have potential to score dsa then you will easily be placed in from chemical stream too
Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future

Hi.
As per the revised JEE Main eligibility criteria 2021, 75% of criteria is removed. For NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs Admission, Candidates just need to pass class 12 irrespective of percentage.
If you are able to bag a seat in NIT Warangal based on your marks and category then you will be given admission irrespective of your percentage in board examinations.
Good Luck
NIT Warangal boasts excellent infrastructure with modern classrooms, labs, and hostels. The Central Library and Innovation Garage are standout facilities. Wi-Fi is available campus-wide. The campus is green and well-maintained. Some hostel buildings are old but functional.
Infrastructure is good but elevator isn't working in some buildings... The living spaces are clean but food isn't much good... Some areas need renovation... Infrastructure aging — occasional breakdowns and upkeep needed...
Campus of more than 200 acres with self residential facility along with different blocks allocated to different branches with required equipments and other features. It contains Admin block, Academic block, library and other departments.
