As per official notification, ST category candidate having score atleast 45% will get 100%fee waiver on tution fee and no waiver in other fees. There is no mention about family income. So yes you are eligible for tution fee waiver scheme but no waiver on other fees.

If we talk about infrastructure some of departments are under-construction from 2-3 years I guess. And still we don't know how long it will take. Rest the buildings that are already made are fabulous
The college has a nice green campus with plenty of space the classrooms are okay but some of equipment is owned the library is great and has a lot of books and very good environment wifi is very stronger and very good the infrastructure is really valid.
The infrastructure is quite good. The department has three different buildings, and all the labs required for the course, such as fluid dynamic labs, hydraulic lab , som lab , structure lab, EM lab and transporation lab.
