Hi Parth,
Your ST rank is 3514. Based on your rank, you may get into SVNIT,Surat.
However you have not specified your interested branch. So I won't be able to specify.
You will get into NIT Jalandhar, NIT Agartala, MNIT Kurukshetra among others. You may even get into NIT Delhi and NIt Durgapur if you choose core subjects over CS-IT.
I hope I am able to clarify your doubts.

Hello aspirant,
IIT Bangalore is one of the best network infrastructure . CSE in IIIT Bangalore is really good for placements . The Academic Block is always open on the campus for all students. The sports facilities at IIIT Bangalore are good and the equipment is well maintained.
Coming to NIT Kurukshetra is also very good . The placements percent for computer science and engineering branch is 98.91% . Many companies visit the campus during placements, and it depends on your skills to get placement. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA for UG batch.
Comparing to both IIIT Banglore would be best choice . Choose accordingly .
Hope this helps !!

Hello Aspirant,
No, you cannot take admission on either your class 12th basis or on the basis of GUJCET performance. If you are seeking in SVNIT or in any other NIT or IIIT then you have to appear in JEE-Main and should qualify it with the good marks so that you can clear the cut-off for SVNIT, then only you are eligible for admission in SVNIT for B.Tech program. you can go through the previous year's cut-off for SVNIT to have an idea from the link given below :-
