It is quite difficult to predict the rank because every year the cutoff changes depending on various factors such as no of students, difficulty level of exams and so on. However, considering previous years cutoffs to get admission in to SVNIT you have to get a rank under 4000.

You belong to OBC category. SVNIT Surat is one of the top NITs and hence the cutoff is high. The last year OBC category seventh round closing rank was 16,000 for Chemical engineering under homestate quota and it was 8,000 approximately for chemical engineering under other state quota.
