see if you are asking for btech course , then iiit surat is really a prominent institute in india. however about class routine, this internal information is not available in website,  however  IIIT Surat is being situated  in the SVNIT campus , owning separate building and other infrastructure.

Yes if you get 25000 rank then you will get a college which closes at 28000. Ranks are mentioned based on the last round of counselling because they are the highest rank in terms of closing rank therefore last round ranks are the final ranke if you want to check

Mechanical Department has got a huge list of experienced faculty in NIT Surat. Other departments are also individually good. Infrastructure wise, NIT Surat is much better than other NITs .
