In your case the rank comes out to be around 130351.

As per last year record i.e 2019 Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara maximum cutoff was 33197 in Textile Processing. So there is no chance of get admission in MSU Broda.

I think you got 95 percentile instead of 95 marks . If you have quota definitely Yes, you will get NIT surat . But I suggests you can also focus on 2nd jee main exam .

For 80 percentile your rank would be around 1,84,000. You could get few NITs and new IIITs. You may not get the the best NIT/IIIT or the best branches.

Even with category it wouldn't be possible to get admission in SVNIT, since the cutoff is very high nearly under
