Yes, You can change your engineering stream after completion of 1st year.

But for that your percentage should be good and there should be vacany in your expected transfer group.

           The total number of seats available in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University for the B.ARCH course is 30-40 seats in which 3 seats are reserved for international students.

It has good facilities regarding hostel,Internet, Library, Environment of SMVDU is also quite competitive ,e.t.c..but having high fee structure.So, It's all depends on you that how you study for
