The infrastructure is good for 1st-year students but very bad and compromising from 2nd year onwards with old classrooms in the old campus and no upgrades in the classrooms. Living spaces are okay type but the food quality is not nice means you won't like the quality and type of food items they offer you but that's common in every mess food mostly across India so we can't do much about it.

I studied mechanical engineering, but the curriculum was not at all updated when I was studying at this place, and the faculty also had so much ego and so much difficulty to deal with that we got frustrated with them every often they thought that no one was above them in this world.

Average placements only with very less core companies visiting the campus and only CS and IT companies visit very often very difficult situation if you want to go into core companies other than the software field so beware.

It cost me 2.15 lakhs in tuition fees + 1 lakhs hostel and mess fees per year. It was more or less justified I guess, as all that we got were okay types only, and we don't know what else better we can get at this price as the condition was the same everywhere

Very happening campus with lots of opportunities to explore if you're an active person and can make the most out of it apart from your academic life and then we have lots of teams to join and showcase our talents and leverage our interests appropriately.

The quality of the placement in the college is really great and very much efficient for the students. The highest salary package offered is around 10 LPA which good for a fresher and the college is very supportive

An excellent college to learn, nurture and acknowledge the talent in students and bring the best out of them in their respective fields .SRM Chennai has well developed infrastructure, facilities & equipment, the college have well developed infrastructure having all the facilities like laboratory, library, Sports centre and hostels.

I am pursuing Btech in cse to become a software engineer. The quality of teaching is decent. Qualified faculty will approach with an innovative and iterative teaching techniques. They are highly trained to teach us perfectly and give us good examples during teaching.

College has a history of good campus placements with the highest package going up to 51lpa and an average package of 4-4.5 lpa. The placement process was smooth and easy and very supportive. Currently, we have limited info about the companies that visit the college for placements.

Qualified professors,Nice Training and placement cell, R&D centres, workshops for placements. The total fees is around 25 lpa including hostel but the Value of money is not that much decent. It can be better in the upcoming years I hope so.

Campus life at SRM is fantastic. This is the best campus life. We enjoy a lot.It has a mix of many colleges under one campus. This increases the exposure for the students. Many fests, concerts is being held. Sports facilities is awesome. Many ranji club matches of cricket is being played in its ground.
