As you have mentioned that you have secured 84 percentile in JEE mains 2021 and taking into consideration that yoy want to take admission in vssut burla so let me tell you that your predicted rank would be around 1.8L.

In this percentile there is very less chance that you will get mostly lower branches like civil, production , chemical. If you want to go for non core branches then I would recommend you to go for other colleges silicon institute of technology.

For VSSUT burla and CET bbsr you need to apply through OJEE after securing your jee main rank. As of 2020 the closing rank for VSSUT burla is around 75 k.
